Claims (1)
- 컨베이어(26)에 배치된 각 조의 파지판쌍(24)사이에 공급된 극판조립체(8)를 픽업하여 다른 가공단으로 운반하기 위하여, 극판조립체(8)를 파지하기 위한 핑거(68)(68')를 갖는 수개의 그립핑 헤드(40)로 구성되는 축전지 극판집속체 운반용 취급장치(20)에 있어서, 사각프레임(30)의 내부에 그립핑 헤드(40)를 재가하는 수개의 가동블록(30)이 활동가능하게 길이방향으로 두개의 평행한 안내봉(32)(32')을 배치하고, 사각프레임(30)의 일측상부에는 제1유압실린더(52)을 수평방향으로 고정하고 이에 대응하는 타측 가동블록(34)상에 제2유압실린더(56)를 착설하여 이들의 각 피스턴(52a)(56a)을 서로 연결하며, 각 가동블록(34)에는 중앙에 수직으로 유압실린더(36)을 착설하여 그 피스턴(38)의 하측에 그립핑 헤드(40)를 연결하고 그립핑 헤드(40)의 상부에 지지판(42)을 착설하여 가동블록(34)의 상측으로 관통연장되는 수직의 안내봉(44)(44')을 착설하며, 그립핑 헤드(40)의 하측에 유압실린더(62)를 착설하고 이 유압실린더(62)의 하측으로 두 지지대(64)(64')를 착설하여 이에 핀축(66)을 통하여 핑거(68)(68')의 상측부를 축설하며 유압실린더(62)의 피스턴(60)과 각 핑거(68)(68')의 상부중간에 링크(72)(72')를 연결하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 축전지 극판집속체 운반용 취급장치.
