Claims (10)
- a)약제, 농약, 수처리, 수연화, 직물연화 혹은 세제 활성을 갖는 최소 하나의 성분;b)겔형성 시간이 30초 이하인 하나 또는 그 이상의 가교 폴리아크릴레이트 흡수 중합체를 포함하는 하나 또는 이상의 붕해제; 및c)펠렛이 물과 접촉되는 경우에 펠렛에 물을 운송하는, 하나 혹은 그 이상의 수운송제를 포함하며, 최소 하나의 상기 수운송제는 최소 하나의 전분 혹은 전분 유도체를 포함하는, 펠렛형 화학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 수운송제는 전분 혹은 전분 유도체를 최소 20%, 바람직하게는 최소 50%, 그리고 보다 바람직하게는 최소 80중량(건조/건조)%로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화학 조성물.
- 제 1항 혹은 2항에 있어서, 상기 붕해제의 양은 0.1~2.0중량%이며, 전분 혹은 전분 유도체의 양은 0.5~5.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 화학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕해제는 펠렛 형성전에 물로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 화학 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕해제는 겔 형성 시간이 10초 이하인 하나 또는 그 이상의 가교 폴리아크릴레이트 흡수 중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화학 조성물.
- a)약제, 농약, 수처리, 수연화, 직물연화 혹은 세제 활성을 갖는 최소 하나의 성분;b)겔형성 시간이 30초 이하인 하나 또는 그 이상의 가교 폴리아크릴레이트 흡수 중합체를 포함하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 붕해제; 및c)펠렛이 물과 접촉되는 경우에 펠렛에 물을 운송하는, 하나 혹은 그 이상의 수운송제를 함께 편입하는 단계를 포함하며, 최소 하나의 상기 수운송제는 최소 하나의 전분 혹은 전분 유도체를 포함하는, 펠렛형 화학 조성물의 붕해속도 증진방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 수운송제는 최소 하나의 전분 혹은 전분 유도체를 최소 20중량%, 바람직하게는 최소 50중량%이며, 그리고 보다 바람직하게는 최소 80중량(건조/건조)%로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 펠렛 배합물 중 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 붕해제의 양은 0.1~2.0중량%이며, 펠렛 배합물중 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 수운송제의 양은 0.5~5.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하나 혹은 그 이상의 붕해제와 하나 혹은 그 이상의 수운송제를, 임의로 약제, 농약, 수처리, 수연화 혹은 세제활성을 갖는 최소 하나의 성분 존재하에 공과립하는 단계를 포함하는, 붕해제를 제조하기 위해 겔화 시간이 30초이하인 하나 또는 그 이상의 가교 폴리아크릴레이트 흡수 중합체를 포함하는 하나 혹은 그 이상의 붕해제와 최소 하나의 전분 혹은 전분 유도체를 포함하는 하나 혹은 그 이상의 수운송제의 배합(combining)방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 공과립화 단계는 습윤 과립화 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
