Claims (15)
- 렌즈 성형 혼합물을 주형내에서 반응시켜 중합체를 성형시키는 단계,당해 중합체를 주형으로부터 탈형시키는 단계 및당해 중합체를 완성된 렌즈로 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법으로서,주형이 중합체를 렌즈의 일부로 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제1 부품과 중합체를 렌즈의 일부로 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제2 부품의 적어도 2개의 부품을 포함하며, 이때 제1 부품은 제2 부품과 표면 에너지가 상이한 재료로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 중합체와 제2 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 중합체의 표면 에너지가 약 1.0mN/m 이상 차이남을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 중합체와 제2 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 중합체의 표면 에너지가 약 9.0mN/m 이상 차이남을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 부품이 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌으로이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합체로부터 제조되고, 제2 부품이 환형 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합체로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부품 중의 하나 이상을 제조하는 데 사용되는 중합체가 무정형임을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부품 중의 2개 이상을 제조하는 데 사용되는 중합체가 무정형임을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 상기 중합체를 안과용 렌즈의 일부로 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제1 부품과 중합체를 안과용 렌즈의 일부로 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제2 부품의 적어도 2개의 부품을 포함하며, 이때 제1 부품은 제2 부품과 표면 에너지가 상이한 재료로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 제조용 주형.
- 안과용 렌즈의 일부를 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제1 부품과 안과용 렌즈의 일부를 성형시키기 위한 표면을 지닌 제2 부품의 적어도 2개의 부품을 포함하며, 이때 제1 부품은 제2 부품과 표면 에너지가 상이한 재료로부터 제조되고, 제1 주형 부품과 제2 주형 부품이 조합되어 그 사이에 안과용 렌즈 성형 혼합물의 반응으로부터 안과용 렌즈를 성형하기 위해 공동이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 재료와 제2 부품을 성형성시키는 데 사용되는 재료의 표면 에너지가 약 1.0mN/m 이상 차이남을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 부품을 성형시키는 데 사용되는 재료와 제2 부품을 성형성시키는 데 사용되는 재료의 표면 에너지가 약 9.0mN/m 이상 차이남을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 부품이 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로부터 제조되고, 제2 부품이 환형 올레핀 공중합체 및 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합체로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부품 중의 하나 이상을 제조하는 데 사용되는 재료가 무정형 중합체임을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부품 중의 2개 이상을 제조하는 데 사용되는 재료가 무정형 중합체임을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 볼록 주형 표면에 부착되는 성형 부품의 편향이 감소됨을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 부품 또는 제2 부품이 화학식 1의 중합체를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 안과용 렌즈 주형.화학식 1위의 화학식 1에서,R1내지 R3은 각각 독립적으로 H, C1-8지방족 또는 지환족 그룹이고,R4내지 R13은 각각 독립적으로 H, C1-10알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, C3-10알킬렌 또는 C3-10사이클로알케닐 그룹이고,X + Y는 1이고, X는 0.05 내지 0.9이다.
