Claims (9)
- ① 기질(substrate)의 표면에 프로브(probes) 생분자(biomolecules)를 부착시키는 단계;② 상기 ①의 프로브 생분자를 표적(target) 생분자를 포함하는 시료(sample)와 반응시키는 단계; 및,③ 상기 ②의 반응전후의 기질 표면의 전단응력(shear stress)를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는프로브와 표적 생분자의 결합 검출 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전단응력(shear stress)의 측정은 진동 운동(vibration motion)의 상변화(phase shift)와 힘변화(force shift)를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전단응력(shear stress)의 측정은 탄성전단계수(elastic shear modulus) 및 점성전단계수(viscous shear modulus)를 측정하는 것을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,생분자는 핵산(nucleic acids), 단백질(proteins), 코팩터(cofactors), 올리고당류(oligosaccharides) 또는 세포(cells)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- ① 진동(vibration)을 발생(generating)시키는 신호 입력부(signal inputpart);② 진동을 지체(retarding)시키는 신호 출력부(signal output part);③ 상기 ①의 신호 입력부와 상기 ②의 신호 출력부를 가교(bridging)하는 동시에, 프로브 생분자의 부착 부위가 되는 기질(substrate); 및,④ 상기 ①의 신호 입력부와 상기 ②의 신호 출력부에서의 진동운동의 상변화와 힘변화를 측정하는 신호 검출부를포함하는 전단응력(shear stress)의 측정 센서.
- 제 5항에 있어서,신호 입력/출력부에서의 진동 운동(vibration motion)은 압전(전압)(piezoelectric (voltage)), 정전(용량)(electrostatic (capacitance)), 전자기(전류)(electromagnetic (current)) 또는 열팽창(부피)(thermal expansion (volume))에 의해 유발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전단응력의 측정 센서.
- 제 5항에 있어서,신호 입력부, 신호 출력부 및 이들을 가교하는 기질이 반복 단위(repeating unit)로 배열(array)되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전단응력의 측정 센서.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 ③의 기질의 표면과 그와 평행으로 마주보는 플레이트(plate) 간의 간격을 조절하는 부분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전단응력의 측정 센서.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 간격 조절 부분은 정전용량(Capacitance) 측정 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 전단응력의 측정 센서.
