Claims (6)
- 3개의 영역으로 나뉘어진 컨베이어와,제 2컨베이어를 중심으로 상하에 대칭되게 장착되는 열원부와,열원부 주위에 구성되어 주변 공기와 함께 납증기를 흡입하여 외부로 배출시켜 주는 납 증기 배출수단을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 열원부는 예비 영역과 융착 영역 그리고 안정화 영역으로 구획되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열원부는 열선으로 발열시켜 주며 발열된 열이 제 2컨베이어를 향하도록 단열처리가 되어 있으며, 상기 열선에는 방열효과를 높이기 위해 방열체가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열원부는 예비 영역에서 용재가 녹는 온도의 90%로 예열되고 융착 영역에서 용재가 녹는 온도 이상 가열되며 안정화 영역에서 용재가 녹는 온도의 70%를 유지하여 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 융착 영역은 메인 열원과 예비 열원으로 구분되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납 증기 배출 수단은 열원부의 바깥쪽 테두리를 감싸주는 형태로 컨베이어를 향해 개구된 덕트와, 이 덕트의 내부 공기를 외부로 배출시켜 주는 진공장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 덕트는 바깥쪽 측벽이 안쪽 측벽보다 더 크게 절개되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈용 테빙 장치.
