Abstract

본 고안은 본 고안은 자동차의 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 에어마스터(1)가 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)로 각각 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 안전실린더(2)에 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때 훗 브레이크 밸브(7)를 개방하여 브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때의 유압과 에어탱크에 저장된 압축공기의 유압이 더하여져 큰 유압의 힘으로 에어마스터(1)를 작동시켜 유압라인(5,9)으로 연결된 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)를 작동시키도록 하여 브레이크의 효율을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 휠리아, 반응속도를 빠르게 하므로서 안전운전에 기여할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Description

자동차의 브레이크 시스템
본 고안은 자동차의 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 구체적으로는 브레이크를 밟았을 때 작동유체에 가해지는 압력과 에어탱크의 압축공기의 압력이 함께 작용되어 브레이크기능을 향상시키도록 한 것이다.
종래의 5톤차량 이상의 차량에 적용하고 있는 전공 보조 유압브레이크 시스템(VACUUM ASSISTED HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM)이 적용되고 있으나 이러한 시스템으로는 브레이크의 효율, 휠링, 반응속도가 한정된 범위를 벗어나지 못하고 있어 좀더 브레이크의 기능을 높여 줌으로서 사고등을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 개선할 필요가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기에서와 같은 종래의 브레이크 시스템을 개선하고자 안출된 것으로서,
에어마스터(1)가 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)로 각각 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 안전실린더(2)에 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때 훗 브레이크 밸브(7)를 개방하여 브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때의 압력과 에어탱크에 저장된 압축공기의 압력이 더하여져 큰 유압의 힘이 발생되며 이 힘은 에어마스터(1)를 작동시켜 유압라인(5,9)으로 연결된 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)를 제어하도록 한 자동차의 브레이크 시스템에 의하여 달성된다.

도 1은 본 고안의 구성을 보인 블록도로서, 이를 참조로 하여 본 고안의 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
에어마스터(1)가 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)가 각각 유압라인(5) 상에 설치된 안전실린더(2)를 경유하는 유압라인(5)으로 연결된다.
한편, 상기 에어마스터(1)의 타측으로는 에어탱크(6)로부터 에어를 공급받아 릴레이밸브(8)와 연결 구성되며 에어탱크(6)와의 사이에는 브래이크 패달의 조작에 의해 작동되는 싱글 훗 브레이크 밸브(7)가 에어라인(9)으로 연결 설치된다.
이와 같이 구성한 본 고안은 브레이크 패달 조작시 즉, 패달을 발로 밟게되면 패달에 의하여 유체가 압력을 받게 되면서 에어라인(9)을 따라 릴레이밸브(8)와 연결 구성된 에어마스터(1)측으로 이동된다.
이때 상기 브레이크 패달의 조작에 의해 훗 브레이크 밸브(7)가가 개방되어 에어탱크(6)에 저장된 압축공기가 브레이크유(작동유)에 압력을 더하기 때문에 최종적으로 상기 브레이크유(작동유)가 받게되는 압력은 브레이크 패달을 밟았을 때의 압력에너지와 압축공기에 의한 압축에너지를 더한 에너지 합이 브레이크유에 전달되어 큰 유압을 갖게되면서 에어마스터(1)로 이동되어서 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)로 각각 유압라인(5)을 통해 전달되므로서 재동이 이루어지는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 싱글 훗 브레이크 밸브에 의하여 브레이크의 효율을 향상 시킬 뿐만 아니라 휠링, 반응속도를 빠르게 하므로서 안전운전에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 에어마스터(1)가 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)로 각각 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 안전실린더(2)에 유압라인(5)으로 연결되는 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
    브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때 훗 브레이크 밸브(7)를 개방하여 브래이크 패달을 밟았을 때의 압력과 에어탱크에 저장된 압축공기의 압력이 더하여져 큰 유압의 힘이 발생되며 이 힘은 에어마스터(1)를 작동시켜 유압라인(5,9)으로 연결된 후론트 휠 실린더(3) 및 리어 휠 실린더(4)를 제어하도록한 자동차의 브레이크 시스템.
