Abstract
一种用于车辆制动装置的液压操作控制系统,用于工程机械、运输车辆,特别是矿用地下运输车辆的刹车制动。节流阀依次经驻车制动阀、行车紧急制动阀、蓄能器、压力表、充液阀、过滤器、油泵、吸油过滤器与液压油箱连接,驻车制动阀、行车紧急制动阀、充液阀分别经散热器与液压油箱连接,空气过滤器与液压油箱连接,节流阀设置在前、后轮制动装置之间。本发明可控制车辆制动装置的后轮先行制动,前轮延缓制动,较之一般液压制动控制系统的前、后轮同时制动,能通过控制前、后轮制动响应时间,有效避免车辆制动前冲惯性,增加点刹效果,确保行车安全,提升司乘舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆制动安全技术领域,具体是一种用于工程机械、运输车辆,特别是矿用地下运输车辆的刹车制动液压操作控制系统。
背景技术
现行地下运输车辆大都要求采用弹簧制动液压解除刹车制动技术,当采用液压操作控制系统进行行车紧急制动操作时,由于前、后轮同时制动,刹车较急,会导致司乘人员惯性前冲,易引发安全事故,舒适性很差。因此,针对弹簧制动液压解除制动装置,研究一种液压操作控制系统,就显得越来越重要。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种用于车辆制动装置的液压操作控制系统,以确保行车安全。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明液压操作控制系统主要由制动装置、节流阀、驻车制动阀、行车紧急制动阀、蓄能器、充液阀组成制动控制回路;节流阀依次经驻车制动阀、行车紧急制动阀、蓄能器、压力表、充液阀、过滤器、油泵、吸油过滤器通过液压管路、接头与液压油箱连接,驻车制动阀、行车紧急制动阀、充液阀分别经散热器通过液压管路、接头与液压油箱连接,空气过滤器与液压油箱连接;所述节流阀设置在后轮的制动装置与前轮的制动装置之间,制动操作时后轮的制动装置快速响应,先于前轮的制动装置制动,并增加点刹制动效果,蓄能器缩短制动装置的刹车制动响应时间。
所述液压操作控制系统的液压回路包括转向回路和制动回路;转向回路自充液阀后经方向机至转向油缸;制动回路自充液阀后经蓄能器、行车紧急制动阀、驻车制动阀、节流阀至制动装置;所述行车紧急制动阀采用脚踏式控制阀,驻车制动阀采用手动式操作控制阀。
所述液压操作控制系统在非制动工况下,制动回路为接通状态,压力油驱动制动装置的制动活塞克服制动弹簧张力,松开摩擦片解除制动;在行车紧急制动工况下,踩踏刹车踏板,操作行车紧急制动阀,断供制动回路压力油,制动装置的制动弹簧力压紧摩擦动片进行制动;在驻车制动工况下,操作行车紧急制动阀的操作手柄,切断制动回路压力油,制动装置的制动弹簧力压紧摩擦动片进行制动。
本发明与现有技术相比,液压操作控制系统可控制车辆制动装置的后轮先行制动,前轮延缓制动,较之一般液压制动控制系统的前、后轮同时制动,能通过控制前、后轮制动响应时间,有效避免车辆制动前冲惯性,增加点刹效果,确保行车安全,提升司乘舒适性。可广泛应用于工程机械、运输车辆,特别是矿用地下运输车辆弹簧制动液压解除湿式液压制动刹车系统。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明主要由制动装置1、节流阀2、驻车制动阀3、行车紧急制动阀4、蓄能器5、压力表6、充液阀7、过滤器8、油泵9、吸油过滤器10、空气过滤器11、散热器12、液压油箱13等液压元器件和液压管路组成,各液压元件通过液压管路、接头连接组成液压操作控制系统;所述节流阀2依次经驻车制动阀3、行车紧急制动阀4、蓄能器5、压力表6、充液阀7、过滤器8、油泵9、吸油过滤器10与液压油箱13连接,驻车制动阀3、行车紧急制动阀4、充液阀7分别经散热器12与液压油箱13连接,空气过滤器11与液压油箱13连接;其中,油泵9为动力元件,制动装置1为液压执行元器件,驻车制动阀3和行车紧急制动阀4为液压控制元件,其它则为辅助功能元器件。
液压操作控制系统的液压回路包括转向回路和制动回路。转向回路自充液阀7后经车辆方向机至转向油缸,用于控制和驱动车辆转向;制动回路自充液阀7后经行车紧急制动阀4、驻车制动阀3至制动装置1,用于控制和驱动车辆制动;行车紧急制动阀4采用脚踏式控制阀,驻车制动阀3采用手动式操作控制阀。
后轮的制动装置1和前轮的制动装置1之间设置节流阀2,用于控制前、后轮制动顺序和增加点刹制动效果;蓄能器5可缩短刹车制动响应时间。
本发明的液压操作控制系统在进行制动操作时,后轮的制动装置1快速响应,先行制动,前轮的制动装置1由于节流阀2的节流作用,延缓制动,可有效增加点刹效果,减缓车辆惯性,避免操作人员惯性前冲,提升司乘舒适性。液压操作控制系统在非制动工况下,制动回路为接通状态,压力油驱动制动装置1的制动活塞克服制动弹簧张力,松开摩擦片解除制动;在行车紧急制动工况下,踩踏刹车踏板,操作行车紧急制动阀4,断供制动回路压力油,制动装置1的制动弹簧力压紧摩擦动片进行制动;在驻车制动工况下,操作行车紧急制动阀4的操作手柄,切断制动回路压力油,制动装置1的制动弹簧力压紧摩擦动片进行制动。

1.一种用于车辆制动装置的液压操作控制系统,其特征在于:所述液压操作控制系统由制动装置(1)、节流阀(2)、驻车制动阀(3)、行车紧急制动阀(4)、蓄能器(5)、充液阀(7)组成制动控制回路;节流阀(2)依次经驻车制动阀(3)、行车紧急制动阀(4)、蓄能器(5)、压力表(6)、充液阀(7)、过滤器(8)、油泵(9)、吸油过滤器(10)通过液压管路、接头与液压油箱(13)连接,驻车制动阀(3)、行车紧急制动阀(4)、充液阀(7)分别经散热器(12)通过液压管路、接头与液压油箱(13)连接,空气过滤器(11)与液压油箱(13)连接;所述节流阀(2)设置在后轮的制动装置(1)与前轮的制动装置(1)之间,制动操作时后轮的制动装置(1)快速响应,先于前轮的制动装置(1)制动,并增加点刹制动效果,蓄能器(5)缩短制动装置(1)的刹车制动响应时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆制动装置的液压操作控制系统,其特征在于:所述液压操作控制系统的液压回路包括转向回路和制动回路;转向回路自充液阀(7)后经方向机至转向油缸;制动回路自充液阀(7)后经蓄能器(5)、行车紧急制动阀(4)、驻车制动阀(3)、节流阀(2)至制动装置(1);所述行车紧急制动阀(4)采用脚踏式控制阀,驻车制动阀(3)采用手动式操作控制阀。
