Claims (6)
- 코르디에라이트 결정상이 60% 이상이고, 인디알라이트 결정상이 30% 이하이며, 코르디에라이트 결정상과 인디알라이트 결정상의 합이 85% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤.
- 제1항에 있어서, A축 열팽창 계수가 0.4 ×10-6/℃ 이하인 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀의 칸막이 벽의 두께가 100 ㎛ 이하인 저열팽창 세라믹 허니콤.
- 원료와 성형 조제를 혼합하여 원료 배치를 얻는 단계와, 그 원료 배치를 압출하고 건조하여 성형체를 얻는 단계와, 그 성형체를 소성하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 소성 단계 중에, 적어도 최고 온도로부터 1300℃까지의 온도 하강 속도가 100℃/시 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최고 온도 유지 기간이 6시간 이상인 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최고 온도로부터 1250℃까지의 온도 하강 속도가 50℃/시 이하인 저열팽창 코르디에라이트 세라믹 허니콤의 제조 방법.
