Claims (5)
- 효모 세포벽으로부터 얻어진 조글루칸에 이산화탄소 및 공용매를 혼합하고 예열한 후 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용하여 고순도 효모 글루칸을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소 및 공용매를 이용한 글루칸 추출 단계는 40∼80℃, 3000∼5000psi에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용한 고순도 효모 글루칸의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공용매는 에탄올, 메탄올, 에칠아세테이트, 노르말 헥산, 다이에칠에테르 중 한 가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용한 고순도 효모 글루칸의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공용매는 5∼40부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용한 고순도 효모 글루칸의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공용매는 5∼40부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용한 고순도 효모 글루칸의 제조방법.
