Claims (9)
- Ni:10∼25wt%,Zn:10∼25wt%,P:0.1∼0.9wt%,이황화몰리브덴:0.5∼5wt% 및잔부가 Cu 와 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 갖는 Cu기 소결합금으로 구성되고,상기 Cu기 소결합금은, Cu-Ni-Zn계 합금의 고용체상으로 이루어지는 바탕에, Cu-P 화합물 및 이황화몰리브덴이 분산되고, 기공율이 5∼25% 인 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- Ni:10∼25wt%,Zn:10∼25wt%,P:0.1∼0.9wt%,C:5wt% 이하,이황화몰리브덴:0.5∼5wt% 및잔부가 Cu 와 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 갖는 Cu기 소결합금으로 구성되고,상기 Cu기 소결합금은, Cu-Ni-Zn계 합금의 고용체상으로 이루어지는 바탕에,Cu-P 화합물, 유리흑연 및 이황화몰리브덴이 분산되고, 기공율이 5∼25% 인 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링..
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 탄소 함유량은 0.5∼5wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 Ni 함유량은 15∼20wt%, Zn 함유량은 15∼20wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 P 함유량은 0.3∼0.6wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 이황화몰리브덴 함유량은 1∼3wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 기공율은 10∼20% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu기 소결합금의 탄소 함유량은 1∼3wt% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링.
- 케이싱과, 이 케이싱의 내부에 배치된 회전축과, 이 회전축을 상기 케이싱에 대하여 회전 자유롭게 지지하는 베어링와, 상기 회전축에 고정된 임펠러를 구비하고,상기 베어링은 제 1 항 또는 2 항의 Cu기 소결합금제 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터식 연료펌프.
