Abstract

次に図3及び図4を参照すると、電動機のベアリングに潤滑剤を供給する電動機アセンブリ300が示されている。電動機アセンブリ300は、チラーアセンブリ100の機構を組み込むことができ、例えば、電動機アセンブリ300は、電動機104を備えることができ、固定子216に対するシャフト212の回転を容易にするために、潤滑剤を電動機104のベアリング230(及び/又はベアリング240)に供給するために使用され得る。潤滑剤は、オイルなどの流体を含み得る。
Claims (20)
- シャフトと、
ベアリングインターフェースを画定するベアリングであって、前記ベアリングインターフェースに対して前記シャフトが回転する、ベアリングと、
前記ベアリングインターフェースと流体的に結合された少なくとも1つの流体チャネルと、
前記ベアリングの温度を検出する温度センサと、
潤滑剤供給源からの潤滑剤を前記少なくとも1つの流体チャネルを介して前記ベアリングインターフェースに輸送するために、前記少なくとも1つの流体チャネルと流体的に結合された潤滑剤供給ポンプと、
前記温度センサからの前記ベアリングの前記温度を受信し、前記ベアリングの前記温度と前記潤滑剤の供給温度との間の差を判定し、前記差に基づいて潤滑剤の流量を判定し、前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに、前記潤滑剤の流量で前記潤滑剤を前記ベアリングインターフェースに輸送させるように制御信号を前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに送信するコントローラと
を備える、電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記コントローラが、前記差に基づいて、前記差を前記閾値温度差以下に維持するように前記潤滑剤の流量を判定すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記コントローラが、前記差が閾値温度差よりも大きいことに基づいて前記潤滑剤の流量を増やすように前記制御信号を発生すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記潤滑剤供給ポンプが可変速ポンプを含むこと
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記温度センサが前記ベアリングに取り付けられること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記温度センサが、熱電対、抵抗温度計、及び負温度係数サーミスタのうちの少なくとも1つを含むこと
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記ベアリングインターフェースが、前記電動機アセンブリの内部と流体的に結合されること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 前記コントローラが、前記潤滑剤供給ポンプの速度を調整するように前記制御信号を発生すること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電動機アセンブリ。 - 温度センサによって、ベアリングの温度を判定することであって、前記ベアリングがベアリングインターフェースを画定し、前記ベアリングインターフェースに対してシャフトが回転する、ことと、
コントローラによって、前記温度センサからの前記ベアリングの前記温度を受信することと、
前記コントローラによって、前記ベアリングの前記温度と潤滑剤供給源の潤滑剤の供給温度との間の差を判定することであって、前記潤滑剤供給源が潤滑剤供給ポンプと流体的に結合され、少なくとも1つの流体チャネルが前記ベアリングインターフェースと流体的に結合される、ことと、
前記コントローラによって、前記差に基づいて潤滑剤の流量を判定することと、
前記コントローラによって、前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに、前記潤滑剤の流量で前記潤滑剤供給源からの前記潤滑剤を前記ベアリングインターフェースに輸送させるように制御信号を前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに送信することと
を含む、アクティブベアリング温度制御の方法。 - 前記コントローラによって、前記差に基づいて、前記差を前記閾値温度差以下に維持するように前記潤滑剤の流量を判定すること
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記コントローラによって、前記差が閾値温度差よりも大きいことに基づいて前記潤滑剤の流量を減らすように前記制御信号を発生すること
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記潤滑剤供給ポンプが可変速ポンプを含むこと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記温度センサが前記ベアリングに取り付けられること
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記温度センサが、熱電対、抵抗温度計、及び負温度係数サーミスタのうちの少なくとも1つを含むこと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記コントローラによって、前記潤滑剤供給ポンプの速度を調整するように前記制御信号を発生すること
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 1つ又は複数のプロセッサと、
前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサによって実行されると、前記1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、
温度センサからのベアリングの温度を受信することであって、前記ベアリングがベアリングインターフェースを画定し、前記ベアリングインターフェースに対してシャフトが回転する、ことと、
前記ベアリングの前記温度と潤滑剤供給源の潤滑剤の供給温度との間の差を判定することであって、前記潤滑剤供給源が潤滑剤供給ポンプと流体的に結合され、少なくとも1つの流体チャネルが前記ベアリングインターフェースと流体的に結合される、ことと、
前記差に基づいて潤滑剤の流量を判定することと、
前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに、前記潤滑剤の流量で前記潤滑剤供給源からの前記潤滑剤を前記ベアリングインターフェースに輸送させるように制御信号を前記潤滑剤供給ポンプに送信することと
を実行させる非一時的機械可読命令を含む、メモリデバイスと
を備える、コントローラ。 - 前記差に基づいて、前記差を前記閾値温度差以下に維持するように前記潤滑剤の流量を判定するための命令
を含む、請求項16に記載のコントローラ。 - 前記差が閾値温度差よりも大きいことに基づいて前記潤滑剤の流量を減らすように前記制御信号を発生するための命令
を含む、請求項16に記載のコントローラ。 - 前記潤滑剤供給ポンプの速度を調整するように前記制御信号を発生するための命令
を含む、請求項16に記載のコントローラ。 - 供給温度センサから前記供給温度を受信するための命令
