Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 통신 센터에 의해 복수의 단말로 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법으로서,- 업데이트 데이터를 발송하는 것인 업데이트 캠페인을 방송하는 단계와,- 상기 센터와 상기 단말 중 적어도 일부 사이와의 양방향 통신을 형성하는 단계와, 여기서 각 단말은 각 단말의 업데이트 상태의 표시를 상기 센터에 송신하며,- 실제 업데이트된 단말의 번호를 상기 센터의 레벨에서 결정하는 단계와,- 업데이트 된 단말의 수의 함수로서, 새 업데이트 캠페인을 중지하거나 트리거 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양방향 통신은 상기 업데이트 캠페인 동안 상기 단말을 실제 업데이트 한 이후에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양방향 통신은 상기 업데이트 캠페인 외부에 단말의 시작시에 일어나며, 상기 단말은 상기 센터의 요청시에 업데이트 표시의 부재를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 표시의 부재의 송신 이후에 상기 센터로부터 상기 단말로 상기 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 타입에 따라 다르며, 상기 센터의 레벨에서 업데이트된 단말의 수의 결정은 각 단말의 타입의 함수로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 새 업데이트 캠페인은 상기 업데이트된 단말의 수와 업데이트되지 않은 단말의 수 사이의 비율의 함수로서 트리거 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 송신 방법.
- 통신 센터에 의해 단말로 발송되는 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법으로서, 상기 센터는 일부 단말이 상기 업데이트 데이터를 수신하며 저장하는 과정에서 업데이트 캠페인을 방송하는, 업데이트 데이터 수신 방법에 있어서,단말의 실제 업데이팅 이후에, 적절한 동작 실행 신호를 상기 수신기로부터 상기 센터로 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 수신 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 유형의 표시를 포함하며, 단말의 업데이트는 만약 상기 표시가 상기 단말의 타입에 해당하면 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터 수신 방법.
- 업데이트 데이터를 포함하는 메모리(6), 지정 기간 동안 업데이트 데이터를 방송하는 수단(4)을 포함하는, 복수의 단말로 가는 업데이트 데이터를 발송하기 위한 통신 센터(5)에 있어서,각 단말로부터 업데이트 수행된 신호를 수신하는 상기 단말 중 적어도 일부와의 양방향 통신 수단(7)과, 수신된 신호의 수를 결정하기 위한 카운터(6)와, 상기 카운터의 값이 지정 수보다 더 작을 때 다시 한번 상기 데이터를 방송하기 위하여 방송 수단을 트리거 하는 비교기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 통신 센터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 양방향 통신 수단(7)을 통해 통신하는 단말에 이용가능한 업데이트 데이터 통지 신호의 발송기(dispatcher)와, 상기 단말로부터 유래하는 업데이트 요청을 수신하는 수단과, 상기 단말에 상기 데이터를 송신하는 수단을 포함하는, 통신 센터.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 메모리(6) 내에, 데이터 블록을 처리할 수 있는 단말의 타입에 해당하는 데이터 블록과, 각 단말 타입에 해당하는 카운터(6)를 포함하며, 상기 각 카운터는 단말의 타입에 해당하는 각 단말에 대해 업데이트 수행된 신호의 수를 결정하며, 상기 비교기는 상기 카운터의 타입에 해당하는 타입을 갖는 데이터 블록의 방송을 트리거 하는, 통신 센터.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비교기는 업데이트된 단말의 수와 업데이트되지 않은 단말의 수 사이의 비율을 고려하는, 통신 센터.
- 업데이트 데이터를 포함하는 메모리(6), 지정 기간 동안 업데이트 데이터를 발송하는 수단(4)을 포함하며, 복수의 단말로 가는 업데이트 데이터를 발송하기 위한 통신 센터(5)에 있어서,각 단말로부터 업데이트 수행된 신호를 수신하는 상기 단말 중 적어도 일부와의 양방향 통신 수단(7)과, 수신된 신호의 수를 결정하기 위한 카운터(6)와, 상기 카운터의 값이 지정된 수보다 더 클 때 상기 방송 수단을 비활성화하는 비교기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 통신 센터.
- 방송 네트워크(4)를 통해 통신 센터로부터 유래하는 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 메모리(24)와, 상기 센터와 양방향 통신 수단(7)이 구비된 단말(1)에 있어서,상기 양방향 통신 수단은 상기 업데이트 데이터 저장 이후에 활성화되고 상기 센터로 가는 업데이트 수행된 신호를 발송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 통신 센터.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 메모리(24)는 단말의 타입의 값을 포함하며, 양방향 통신 수단은 상기 업데이트 데이터 저장 이후에 상기 값을 발송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 통신 센터.
