Claims (4)
- 양 표면들에 판금된 아연 도장을 갖는 아연 도금강 판금;차체의 외부면 역할을 하는 상기 판금의 표면들 중 하나에 형성된 아연 인산염 도장; 및차체의 내부면 역할을 하는 상기 표면들 중 다른 하나에 형성되고, 아연 인산염 도장 및 Mg를 함유한 인산염 도장으로 구성된 인산염-함유 합성 도장; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차체에 사용되는 아연도금강.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인산염-함유 합성 도장은 2wt% 이상의 Mg를 함유하고, 0.5g/㎡보다 크거나 같은 양으로 상기 판금에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, Mg를 함유하는 인산염 도장은 마그네슘 디하이드로겐포스페이트(magnesium dihydrogenphosphate) 수용액을 인가하고 그리고 나서 상기 인가된 수용액을 건조시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 인산염 도장은 Ni, Mn, Mg, Co, Ca, Cu 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강.
