Claims (8)
- 공조장치의 냉매순환회로를 구성함과 동시에, 제어실의 압력을 조절함으로써 토출용량이 변경가능한 용량가변형 압축기에 사용되는 제어밸브에 있어서,밸브 하우징내에 형성되고, 상기 용량가변형 압축기의 제어실과 냉매순환회로의 토출압력 영역을 연통하는 급기통로, 또는 제어실과 냉매순환회로의 흡입압력 영역을 연통하는 추기통로의 일부를 구성하는 밸브실과,상기 밸브실내에 변위가능하게 수용되고, 급기통로 또는 추기통로의 개방도가 조절가능한 밸브체와,상기 밸브실내에 수용되고, 밸브체를 개방 방향으로 탄성지지하는 개방스프링과,상기 냉매순환회로에 설정된 두개의 압력감시점 간의 압력차가 검출가능하고, 이 두개의 압력감시점 간의 압력차의 변동에 기초하여 감압부재가 변위함으로써, 동 압역차의 변동을 상쇄하는 측에 용량가변형 압축기의 토출용량이 변경되도록 밸브체를 동작시키는 감압기구와,상기 밸브체에 부여하는 힘을 외부로부터의 제어에 의해 변경함으로써 감압부재에 의한 밸브체의 위치결정 동작의 기준이 되는 설정차압을 변경가능한 설정차압 변경수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체에서 개방스프링을 받치고 있는 밸브체측 스프링시트는 동 밸브체와는 다른 부재에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체측 스프링시트는 밸브체에 밖에서 끼워 고정된 서클립에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브실에서 개방스프링을 받치고 있는 하우징측 스프링시트의 주위에는, 동 개방 스프링의 단부를 유지하는 소직경부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브실은 급기통로의 일부를 구성하고, 동 밸브실은 밸브체에 의해 개방도가 조절되는 밸브구멍을 통하여 토출압력 영역에 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 설정차압 변경수단은 전자 액츄에이터로 이루어지며, 동 전자 액츄에이터는 외부로부터의 급전 제어에 의해 발생하는 전자력을 플런저 및 작동로드를 통하여 밸브체에 부여하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브실과, 상기 전자 액츄에이터에서 플런저를 수용하는 플런저실과는, 작동로드와 동 작동로드가 삽입통과되는 센터포스트와의 틈을 통하여 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 액츄에이터는 외부로부터의 급전에 의해 작동로드가 삽입통과되는 센터포스트와 플런저와의 사이에 밸브폐쇄 방향의 전자 흡인력을 발생시키는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어밸브.
