Claims (3)
- 액정표시장치에 있어서,복수개의 소스라인과 복수개의 게이트 라인이 교차되고 상기 교차점마다에 박막트랜지스터와 상기 박막트랜지스터에 접속된 화소전극들이 매트릭스형태로 배치된 액정패널과;외부로부터 입력되는 영상 데이터를 아나로그 영상신호로 변환하여 상기 액정패널의 화소전극들에 인가하는 컬럼 드라이버와;상기 액정패널의 박막트랜지스터들에게 스위칭제어신호로써 스캐닝신호를 순차적으로 인가하는 로우 드라이버와;컬럼드라이버와 로우 드라이버의 동작을 제어하는 제어신호를 생성출력하는 제어기와;상기 컬럼드라이버에서 상기 아나로그 영상신호로 변환하기위한 기준전압신호를 생성하여 상기 컬럼드라이버로 인가하는 감마전압회로를 구비하며,상기 감마전압회로는 소정 설정값에 대응하는 복수개의 전압신호를 출력하는 디지탈-아날로그 변환기와, 상기 프로그래머블 디지탈-아날로그 변환기의 출력단에 각각 접속되어 상기 복수개의 전압신호들간의 전압레벨차를 차등간격으로 조정하는 감마전압 조정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 감마조정장치를 가지는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디지털-아날로그 변환기가 프로그래머블 디지탈-아날로그 변환기임을 특징으로하는 감마전압 조정부를 가지는 액정표시장치
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 감마전압 조정부는 상기 디지털-아날로그 변환기의 출력라인에 직렬접속된 제 1 저항과,상기 제 1 저항에 병렬접속되고 각각 소정전압이 공급받아 분압전압을 데이터 드라이버 구동회로에 공급하는 제 2 및 제 3 저항을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 감마전압 조정장치
