Claims (4)
- 용융아연 도금설비의 도금욕 상부에 설치되는 진행하는 스트립의 흔들림을 억제하기 위한 터치롤을 통과하는 스트립의 표면으로부터 비산되는 징크파우더를 회수하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 스트립의 표면으로부터 비산되는 징크파우더가 흡입될 수 있도록 상기 터치롤에 인접하여 설치되는 흡입덕트과,상기 흡입덕트와 유체소통이 가능하게 연결되고 상기 흡입덕트를 통해 흡입되는 징크파우더를 포집하는 포집수단과,상기 포집수단과 운송관에 의해 연결되고 상기 운송관을 통해 운송되는 징크파우더를 용융시키는 용융수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금설비용 징크파우더 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 포집수단에는 상기 흡입덕트를 통해 흡입되는 징크파우더가 걸려지는 복수개의 백필터와, 상기 백필터 각각에 역류공기를 분사하는 에어분사수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금설비용 징크파우더 회수장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 운송관에는 회전가능한 나선형 스크류가 내장되어, 상기 스크류의 회전에 의하여 상기 포집수단에 포집된 징크파우더는 상기 용융수단으로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금설비용 징크파우더 회수장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 용융수단에는 전기도금설비로부터 도금용액이 공급되어, 상기 포집수단으로부터 이송된 징크파우더는 상기 도금용액에 의해 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금설비용 징크파우더 회수장치.
