Claims (2)
- 한쪽 기판위에 박막표시소자가 구비되어있고, 다른 한쪽 기판위에는 컬러 필터가 구비되며, 또한 이러한 패널을 구동할 수 있는 X-PCB가 부착되고(tab bonding) FPC를 통해서 전달되는 Y-PCB는 제거하고 게이트 드라이버 IC를 구동하기 위해 필요한 모든 신호를 패널내에 형성하되, 어레이 기판에 형성된 신호 경로중 /F 에지밖에 형성된 부분은 실리콘과 같은 비 도전성 물질로 도포하여 신호 경로간 쇼트가 발생하지 않게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 게이트 구동 신호배선 보호구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 게이트 TCP는 복수개로 형성되며, Y1 TCP에서 Y2 TCP로 전달되는, Yn TCP에서 Yn+1번째 TCP로 전달되는 신호 경로 또한 패널내로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 게이트 구동 신호배선 보호구조.
