Claims (5)
- (a) 발효처리용 공급액을 수용하는 산발효조;(b) 상기 산발효조와 나란히 배치되어 상부공간이 메탄가스보유기로서 작용하는 가스보유기형의 메탄발효조;(c) 상기 산발효조와 메탄발효조를 분리하는 제 1수직칸막이벽;(d) 상기 메탄발효조와 나란히 배치되어 소화액을 배출하는 침전조;(e) 상기 메탄발효조와 침전조를 분리하는 제 2수직칸막이벽;(f) 상기 제 1칸막이벽상에 설치되어, 상기 산발효조와 메탄발효조사이의 액체흐름을 제어하는 제 1게이트밸브;(g) 상기 제 2칸막이벽상에 설치되어, 상기 메탄발효조와 침전조사이의 액체흐름을 제어하는 제 2게이트밸브; 및(h) 상기 메탄가스보유기에 접속된 조절판밸브를 지닌 메탄가스유출관을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 2상형 메탄발효반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산발효조와 메탄발효조를 분리하는 제 1칸막이벽에 있어서의 게이트밸브가, 부표의 움직임에 의해 작동되도록 메탄발효조내의 액체상에 떠있는 부표와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 2상형 메탄발효반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메탄발효조와 침전조를 분리하는 제 2칸막이벽에 있어서의 게이트밸브가, 부표의 움직임에 의해 작동되도록 침전조내의 액체상에 떠있는 부표와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 2상형 메탄발효반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산발효조, 메탄발효조 및 침전조중의 적어도 1개가 그 내부의 액체의 온도를 제어하기 위한 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 2상형 메탄발효반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산발효조와 메탄발효조의 체적용량의 비가 1:5 내지 1:10의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 2상형 메탄발효반응기.
