Claims (15)
- 제1 압출 오리피스를 통해 제1 용융가공성 중합체를 압출하는 동시에, 제2 압출 오리피스를 통해 제2 용융가공성 중합체를 압출하고, 압출 후 상기 제1 및 제2 용융가공성 중합체를 압출된 복합 필라멘트로 융합하고, 상기 압출된 복합 필라멘트를 고속 기체의 제트 하나 이상으로 기압적으로 가늘게 하여 다중성분 멜트블로운 섬유를 형성하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 다중성분 멜트블로운 섬유의 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 필라멘트를 다수의 고속 기체 제트로 가늘게 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 필라멘트를 하나 이상의 고속 기체의 제트로 파괴하여 다수의 다중성분 멜트블로운 섬유를 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융가공성 중합체가 온도에 따른 점도가 상이한 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융가공성 중합체가 융점 및(또는) 연화점이 상이한 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 용융가공성 중합체가 화학적으로 상이한 중합체인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 용융가공성 중합체가 폴리에스테르이고, 제2 용융가공성 중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)인 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 멜트블로운 섬유를 수집 표면 상에 수집함으로써 제조되는 부직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수집 표면이 스펀본드 부직물인 부직물.
- 다이의 유입부로부터 유입되는 2 이상의 개별 중합체 공급구 (다이의 배출부에서 배출 개구가 있는 개별 압출 모세관과 소통함) 및 다이의 유입부로부터 유입되고 상기 중합체 공급구에 측면으로 배열된 기체 공급구 (다이를 통해 연장되고 기체 제트와 소통하고 상기 압출 모세관의 배출 개구에 측면으로 배열됨)를 포함하며, 상기 압출 모세관 배출 개구 및 상기 기체 제트는 다이의 배출부에서 취입 오리피스와 소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 중합체의 멜트블로잉용 압출 다이.
- 다이의 유입부로부터 유입되는 2 이상의 개별 중합체 공급구를 포함하며, 상기 개별 중합체 공급구는 다이의 배출부에서 압출 개구를 가지는 개별 압출 모세관과 소통하며, 상기 개별 압출 모세관은 복식 오리피스로서 함께 기능하고, 하나 이상의 기체 공급구가 다이의 유입부로부터 유입되고, 상기 기체 공급구는 다이를 통해 연장된 하나 이상의 기체 제트와 소통하며 상기 복식 오리피스의 배출 개구 둘레에 동심적으로 배열되고, 상기 압출 모세관 배출 개구 및 상기 기체 제트가 다이의 배출부에서 취입 오리피스와 소통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 중합체의 멜트블로잉용 압출 다이.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 압출 모세관이 공통 종축을 향해 기울어져 있는 압출 다이.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 압출 다이가 2 이상의 기체 제트를 포함하며, 상기 압출 모세관 및 상기 기체 제트는 공통 종축을 향해 기울어져 있는 압출 다이.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 압출 다이는 2 이상의 기체 제트를 포함하고, 상기 압출 모세관은 서로에 대해 평행하고, 상기 기체 제트는 공통 종축을 향해 기울어져 있는 압출 다이.
