본 발명은 EM을 이용한 인삼사포닌 성분이 함유된 콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 기존의 인삼사포닌 성분이 포함된 콩나물 재배방식과는 차별화가 되어있다. 콩나물은 단시간내에 재배할 수 있는 두채로서 단백질, 지방, 탄수화물, 섬유소 및 비타민이 골고루 함유되어 있고 특히 양질의 단백질 및 비타민 C의 좋은 공급원이기 때문에 전국민이 애용하는 우리나라 고유의 채소이다.The present invention relates to a bean sprout cultivation method containing a ginseng saponin component using EM, it is different from the conventional bean sprout cultivation method containing a ginseng saponin component.
