Claims (5)
- 압출 다이로 부터 압출되는 수지가 수직 관통되게 하면서 냉각수와의 접촉에 의해 급랭되도록 하여 튜브의 외경을 조절하는 하나 이상이 수직으로 구비되는 냉각 다이(10)와;상기 냉각 다이(10)를 관통하여 유도되는 관상의 튜브를 하향 관통되게 하면서 진공의 흡입압에 의해 멜트의 외경이 유지되도록 하는 진공 다이(20)와;소정의 온도로서 유지되는 물을 저장하고, 상기 진공 다이(20)로부터 유도되는 튜브가 통과하면서 재차 냉각되도록 하는 수조(30)와;상기 수조(30)내로 유도되는 미연신 튜블라형 튜브를 일정한 속도로 잡아당겨 이송시키는 테이크 오프 롤러(40);로서 구비되는 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열수축 튜브의 제조를 위한 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 다이(10)는 내경부가 단차진 형상이고, 내경면과 외경 면간으로는 상향 개방되는 요홈(11a)이 형성되며, 외주연 단부에는 수직의 봉(60)이 관통되면서 지지되는 다이 본체(11)와, 상기 다이 본체(11)의 단차진 내경부에 적층되는 슬리브 링(12)과 다공질링(13), 상기 다이 본체(11)의 내경부에서 상측에 적층되는 다공질링(13)은 그 상측의 외주연부가 각각 수직의 봉(60)에일단이 지지되도록 한 클램프(14)에 의해서 고정되는 구성인 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열수축 튜브의 제조를 위한 냉각장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 상향 개방된 요홈(11a)에는 수온이 5~60℃인 냉각수가 7~50ℓ/Min의 속도로 유입되는 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열수축 튜브의 제조를 위한 냉각장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 링(12)과 상기 다공질링(13)은 내경이 튜브의 외경에 따라 그 치수가 결정되는 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열수축 튜브의 제조를 위한 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 다이(20)는 중앙은 수직으로 관통되도록 하면서 단차진 형상이며, 내경부의 상부는 하부보다 내경이 확장되도록 하여 내부에 진공압이 공급되는 다이 본체(21)와, 상향 개방된 상부측 내경부에 삽입되는 슬리브 링(22)과 다공질링(13)으로 이루어지는 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열수축 튜브의 제조를 위한 냉각장치.
