Claims (6)
- 수지를 용융시켜 원통형 필름(F)으로 압출시키는 다이(11)가 구비된 압출기(10)의 상기 다이(11)의 중앙 하부에 이격된 상태로 고정되어 필름(F)내로 끼워지는 상,하부원판(20)(30); 상기 다이(11)의 하부에 설치되어 오버플로관(41)을 구비하는 수조(40); 상기 하부원판(30)의 외측에 동심원상으로 배치되어 다수개의 출수공(51)을 구비하는 워터링(50); 상기 상,하부원판(20)(30)의 중앙을 관통하여 상부로 돌출되는 물공급관(60); 상기 물공급관(60)의 상부에 구비되는 물분산판(70); 상기 하부원판(30)의 중앙 하부에 관통되는 물배출관(80); 상기 워터링(50)의 중앙 하부 전,후방에 설치되어 필름(F)을 절단하는 나이프(90); 상기 수조(40)의 양측에 설치되어 절단된 필름(F)의 이송을 각각 안내하는 한조의 가이드롤러(100)(200)를 포함하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치에 있어서,상기 다이(11)의 중앙 하부에는 볼트(12)체결을 통해 지지판(13)이 고정되고, 상기 상,하부원판(20)(30)은 지지판(13)의 하부에 배치되어 다수개의 지지봉(14)(15)으로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부원판(20)은 필름(F)의 내주연과 소정간격을 두고 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부원판(30)은 필름(F)의 내주연에 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 출수공(51)은 워터링(50)의 상부에 적정간격을 두고 다수개가 동심원상으로 형성되어 상부로 물을 배출시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 물공급관(60)의 직경은 물배출관(80)의 직경보다 작게 형성되고, 상기 물공급관(60)은 물배출관(80)의 상부 일측을 관통하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필름 냉각장치.
