Claims (18)
- (a) 예비중합체 증기를 미세구조면에 응축시켜서 경화성 전구체 코팅을 형성하는 단계; 및(b) 미세구조면 상에 부착된 전구체 코팅을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 미세구조 코팅 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 또는 소중합체를 함유하는 액상 조성물을 기화시켜서 예비중합체 증기를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기화 단계는 액상 단량체 또는 액상 소중합체를 플래쉬 증발시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 액상 조성물의 기화 단계는 액상 조성물을 액적으로 분무화한 후, 액적을 기화시킴으로써 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세구조면의 선택 영역만을 단계 (a) 및 단계 (b) 중에 예비중합체 증기에 노출시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화 단계는 전구체 코팅을 방사선에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응축 및 경화 단계는 교대 방식으로 다수회 수행하여 미세구조면 상에 다층 코팅을 형성하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체 증기는 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 비닐 에테르, 말레에이트, 신나메이트, 스티렌, 올레핀, 비닐, 에폭시드, 실란, 멜라민, 히드록시 작용성 단량체 또는 소중합체, 또는 아미노 작용성 단량체 또는 소중합체를 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전구체 코팅을 경화시키는 단계는 미세구조면 상에 프로파일 보존 중합체 코팅을 형성하는 것인 방법.
- 기재의 적어도 일부에 부착된 프로파일 보존 중합체 코팅을 갖추며, 상기 중합체 코팅은 조절된 화학 조성을 갖는 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 프로파일 보존 코팅은 미세구조 기재 상에 배치된 코팅의 다층 스택 중 한 개의 층인 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 다층 스택의 하나 이상의 층은 무기 재료를 포함하는 것인물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 코팅의 다층 스택의 각각의 층은 조절된 화학 조성을 가진 프로파일 보존 중합체 코팅인 것인 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 코팅의 다층 스택은 프로파일 보존 코팅인 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 미세구조 기재는 평균 직경이 약 1 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛인 미소구의 층을 포함하며, 상기 미소구는 베이스 필름에 매립되어 있는 것인 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 프로파일 보존 코팅은 미소구 층과 베이스 필름의 사이에 부착되는 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 미세구조 기재는 다수의 V형 홈을 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 미세구조 기재는 다수의 피라미드형 돌출부를 포함하는 것인 물품.
