Claims (16)
- 금속 분말의 소결과 관련하여 사용되는 성분의 표면에 알루미나를 형성하는 상인, 주로 화학식 Mo(Si1-xAlx)2에 따른 규화물 상으로 구성된 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 1항에 있어서,성분의 표면에 알루미나를 형성하는 상인, 화학식 Mo1-yWy(Si1-xAlx)2에 따른 규화물 상을 형성하기 위하여 Mo가 부분적으로 W로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 x가 0.10 내지 0.60, 바람직하게는 0.20 내지 0.55에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 y가 0 내지 0.40, 바람직하게는 0.50 내지 0.20에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 규화물 상이 내성 성분의 총 중량에 대해 65 내지 95 중량%, 바람직하게는 75 내지 85 중량%에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 성분이 언급한 규화물 상 이외에 Al2O3를 0 내지 40 부피%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 20 부피%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 성분이 언급한 규화물 상 및 예기되는 Al2O3이외에 SiO2의 잔여물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기적 내성 성분.
- 철계 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기적 내성 성분의 도움으로 소결될 금속 분말.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 합금이 스테인레스 스틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 분말.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 합금의 명칭이 AISI316L인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 분말.
- 가열 성분이 Mo 및 Si 이외에, 소결 온도에서 안정하고, x가 0.1 내지 0.6에 상당하는 Mo(Si1-xAlx)2의 몰리브덴 알루미늄 규화물의 상을 형성하기에 최적인 양의 Al 및 Al2O3로 합금된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 가열원으로서 몰리브덴 규화물을 함유하는 가열 성분이 사용되는 금속 분말의 소결방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,물질 Mo1-yWy(Si1-xAlx)2를 형성하기 위해 상기 Mo가 부분적으로 W로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 x가 0.20 내지 0.55의 값에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 y가 0 내지 0.40의 값에 상당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,철계 분말, 바람직하게는 스테인레스 스틸의 소결시 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가열 성분이 10 내지 20 부피%의 양으로 Al2O3와 동등한 상기 규화물 상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
