Claims (7)
- 형광센서 감지가 가능한 첨가제로서 벤조자졸계, 트리오페네디일계 및 벤조자조일계 형광제 0.001 ∼ 50중량%와 파우더상태의 폴리프로필렌계 수지 99.999 ∼ 50중량%로 혼합된 마스터 칩 0.1 ∼ 10중량%와 칩상태의 폴리프로필렌계 수지 90 ∼ 99.9중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름 제조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 파우더 및 칩 상태 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 멜트인덱스는 3∼30g/10min이고, 녹는점은 120∼165℃를 특징으로 하는 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름 제조용 조성물
- 형광센서 감지가 가능한 첨가제로서 형광제 0.001 ∼ 50중량%와 파우더상태의 폴리프로필렌계 수지 99.999 ∼ 50중량%로 혼합된 마스터 칩 0.1 ∼ 10중량%와 칩상태의 폴리프로필렌계 수지 90 ∼ 99.9중량% 를 혼련하여 표층(A), 표층(B) 또는 기재층(C)용 압출기에 투입하여 공압출한 후 연신한 다음 코로나 방전처리하며, 표층(A), 표층(B) 또는 기재층(C)중 어느 한층 이상에 형광제가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연신이 종방향으로 연신한 다음 횡방향으로 연신하는 이축연신 또는 인플레이션법에 의해 연신된 것임을 특징으로 하는 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 것이 특징인 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 것이 특징인 표층(A) 또는 표층(B)의 한층 또는 두층이 열접착이 가능한 형광센서 감지용 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 것이 특징인 표층(A) 또는 표층(B)의 두층이 프로필렌 호모 폴리머로 구성된 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
