Claims (4)
- 투명 기체의 한쪽 면에 직접 또는 다른 층을 통해, 적어도 규소 화합물을 경화시켜 이루어진 저반사층을 설치한 반사 방지 필름에 있어서, 상기 규소 화합물이 양이온 변성 규소 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 방지성 반사 방지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양이온 변성 규소 화합물은 4급 암모늄 염화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 방지성 반사 방지 필름
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 저반사층은, 질소 함유율이 0.5∼2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 방지성 반사 방지 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 규소 화합물은 불소를 함유하고, 그 불소와 규소의 원자수비(F/Si)는 1.0∼7.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 방지성 반사 방지 필름.
