Claims (7)
- 제1 중합체의 소공내에 용액으로부터의 제2 중합체를 전착시킴으로써 제2 중합체를 소공내에 함유하는 제1 중합체의 다공질 막으로 이루어진 복합막을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1 중합체의 막은 적어도 하나의 상대전극과 함께 제2 중합체 용액내에 존재하는 제1 전극의 표면과 접촉하며, 제1 전극과 상대전극 사이에 전위차가, 제2 중합체가 상기 막을 통과하여, 제1 전극쪽으로 이동하도록 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상대전극은 제2 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 중합체는 퍼플루오로설폰산에 기초한 양자-전도성 중합체이며, 상기 용매는 물, 하나 또는 그 이상의 알콜 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 용매는 물과 프로판올의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가해진 전위차는 5-100V인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전극사이의 거리는 0.5-5㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 복합막을 연료전지에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 용도.
