Abstract

본 고안은 포그램프(5)의 결합을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 설치구조를 개선하기 위한 것으로, 상하단에 각각 2개의 너트부가 있는 계단형브라케트(4)의 상단 너트부는 전방보강플레이트(3) 하단의 너트부 및 범퍼레인프(2) 하단의 너트부와 소정의 볼트를 통해 결합되고, 브라케트(4) 하단의 너트부는 범퍼페쉬어(1)의 너트부 및 포그램프(5)의 너트부와 소정의 볼트를 통해 결합됨으로써, 포그램프(5)를 차체와 직접 결합하지 않고, 범퍼레인프(2)의 조립과정에서 동시에 결합할 수 있기 때문에, 조립을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Description

차량용 포그램프의 설치구조
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 포그램프가 설치된 차량의 사시도,
제2도는 제1도의 I-I 단면도,

<도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명>

본 고안은 차량의 프런트부에 장착된 포그램프의 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 포그램프를 범퍼스테이에 동시에 결합함으로써, 구조를 간단하게 할 수 있고, 이로 인해 조립이 용이하며, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
일반적으로, 포그램프는 차량의 프런트부에 차체와 결합되어 사용되나, 이와 같은 종래의 결합방법은 구조가 복잡하여 조립성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 포그램프의 결합을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 설치구조를 개선하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 계단형브라켓이 전면보강플레이트와 결합되고, 상기 계단형브라켓은 범퍼페쉬어에 제공된 볼트 결합부를 통해 포그램프와 결합되어 이루어진다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 대한 상세한 설명을 하기로 한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 포그램프가 설치된 차량의 사시도이며, 제2도는 제1도의 I-I선 단면도이다. 상기 도면에서는, 범퍼페쉬어(1)가 도시되어 있으며, 범퍼페쉬어의 내부에는 완충작용을 하는 폼재가 형성되어 있다.
완충제는 범퍼레인프(2)와 결합되며, 상기 범퍼레인프(2)의 상하단에는 볼트결합부(2')가 용접되어 있다.
전방보강플레이트(3)는 상단부에 2개의 볼트(3')가 용접 고정되어 있고 하단부에는 2개의 볼트 통과공(3")가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 전방보강플레이트(3) 상단부의 용접된 볼트(3')는 범퍼레이트(2) 상단의 볼트 결합부(2')에 천공된 통공을 통해 끼워져 너트와 체결된다.
스테이상판 및 하판(6,7)은 차체와 범퍼레이트(2)를 결합하기 위한 것으로, 스태이 상판에 형성된 2개의 용접 너트(6')와 차체에 형성된 2개의 볼트 통과공을 통해 소정의 볼트와 체결되므로써, 차체와 범퍼레이프(2)는 결합이 된다.
한편, 상하단 각각에 2개씩의 볼트(4')와 볼트 통과공이 구비된 볼트 결합부(4")가 설치 및 형성되어 있어 전체적으로 계단형 형상을 갖는 브라케트(4)의 상단볼트(4')는 전방보강플레이트(3) 하단부의 볼트 통과공(3") 및 범퍼레인프(2) 하단부의 볼트 결합부(2')에 천공된 볼트 통과공을 통해 끼워져 소정의 너트와 체결되므로써 상기 브라케트(4)는 범퍼레인프(2)와 함께 전방보강플레이트(3) 상에 고정 설치된다.
또한, 포그램프(5)상에 형성된 볼트 결합편(5')은 제2도 및 제3도와 같이 소정의 볼트(8)와 너트(8')를 통해 계단형브라케트(4)의 하단에 형성된 볼트 결합부(4")상에 고정 설치된다.
이와 같은 방법으로 포그램프(5)는 차체와 직접 결합되지 않고, 범퍼레인프(2)의 조립과정에서 계단형브라케트(4)를 통해 동시에 결합시킬 수 있기 때문에, 조립을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 상하단 각각에 2개씩의 볼트(4')와 볼트 통과공이 구비된 볼트 결합부(4")가 설치 및 형성되어 있는 계단형 브라케트(4)의 상단 볼트(4')는 전방보강플레이트(3)의 하단부에 천공되어 있는 볼트 통과공(3")과 범퍼레인프(2) 하단부의 볼트 결합부(2')에 천공된 볼트 통과공을 통해 끼워져 소정의 너트와 체결되고, 포그램프(5)상에 형성된 볼트 결합편(5')은 한쌍의 볼트(8)와 너트(8')를 통해 상기한 계단형브라케트(4)의 하단에 형성된 볼트 결합부(4")상에 고정 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 포그램프의 설치구조.
