Abstract

본 고안은 자량용 헤드 램프에 관한 것으로서, 반사면의 빛에너지의 반사 불가능구역을 최대한 작게 하므로서 조명효과를 극대화한 것이다.
본 고안은 하우징(1)에 렌즈(2), 반사경(3) 및 전구(4)로 구성된 램프 유닛이 설치되며, 전구(4)는 반사경(3)의 중앙에 교환링(4)에 의하여 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기 전구(4)의 주위에 교환링(4)을 덮으며 곡면(11)이 형성된 보조반사경(10)을 설치하여서 된 것이다.

본 고안은 차량용 헤드 램프에 관한 것이다.
주지하는 바와 같이 종래의 헤드 램프는 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이 하우징(1)에 렌즈(2), 반사경(3) 및 전구(4)가 설치되며, 전구(4)는 반사경(3)의 반사면중 가장 빛의 밀집이 양호한 반사경(3)의 중앙부에 설치되는 것이다.
그러나 전구(4)는 교환링(5)에 의하여 반사경(3)의 중앙부에 설치되어 있기 때문에 반사면중 교환링(5)의 직경과 동일한 "D" 구간에서는 빛에너지의 반사가 불가능하여 조명효과가 떨어지는 문제점이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 시정하여, 반사면의 빛에너지의 반사 불가능구역을 최대한 작게 하므로서 조명효과를 극대화한 차량용 헤드 램프를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 하우징에 렌즈, 반사경 및 전구가 설치되며, 전구는 반사경의 중앙에 교환링에 의하여 설치한것에 있어서, 상기 전구의 주위에 교환링을 덮으며 곡면이 형성된 보조반사경을 설치하여서 된 것이다.
이하 실시예를 도면에 의하여 설명한다.
본 고안은 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 하우징(1)에 렌즈(2), 반사경(3) 및 전구(4)로 구성된 램프 유닛이 설치되며, 전구(4)는 반사경(3)의 중앙에 교환링(5)에 의하여 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기 전구(4)의 주위에 교환링(5)을 덮으며 곡면(11)이 형성된 보조반사경(10)을 설치하여서 된 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 전구(4)의 주위에 교환링(5)을 덮도록 보조반사경(10)을 설치하므로서 전구(4)에서 보조반사경(10)측으로 입사된 빛이 곡면(11)에서 굴절되면서 렌즈(2)로 반사되는 것이다. 따라서 종래 교환링(5)부분이 반사기능을 수행하지 못하여 조명효과가 떨어 지던 것이 방지되고 "d" 구간만이 반사기능을 수행하지 못하게 되어서 조명효과가 극대화되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 하우징에 렌즈, 반사경 및 전구가 설치되며, 전구는 반사경의 중앙에 교환링에 의하여 설치한것에 있어서, 상기 전구의 주위에 교환링을 덮으며 곡면이 형성된 보조반사경을 설치하여서 된 차량용 헤드 램프.
