Abstract

본 고안은 타이어 이탈 경고장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 타이어를 고정시켜 주는 체결볼트의 이탈을 미연에 감지하여 운전자에게 알려줌으로서 주행중 타이어 이탈로 발생되는 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것으로서, 체결볼트의 끝단에 의해 눌려지는 압점스위치를 구동축에 설치하고, 상기 압점스위치로 부터 체결볼트가 이탈시 이를 운전자에게 경고하는 경고램프를 구비한 것이다.

Description

타이어 이탈 경고장치
일반적으로 자동차용 타이어는 도 1 에 도시된 바와같이 구동축에 4개의 볼트에 의해 체결되어 구성된다.
그러나 이러한 종래 타이어 체결구조는 장시간 주행을 하거나 노면상태가 고르지 못한 도로를 주행함으로 인해 볼트가 느슨하게게 되는데, 이는 볼트가 완전히 풀려서 타이어가 차체로 부터 이탈되기 전까지는 운전자가 인식하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 구동축에 압점스위치를 내장하고, 상기 압점스위치가 체결볼트의 끝단에 의해 눌리도록 구성함으로서, 볼트가 풀리거나 완전하게 장착되지 않았을때 스위치가 작동되어 운전자에게 경고함으로 타이어 이탈로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

도 2 는 본 고안의 구성을 나타낸 것으로서, (가)는 체결 단면도, (나)는 작동 회로도.

본 고안을 도 2 를 참조하여 이하에서 상세히 설명한다.
먼저 구성을 살펴보면 타이어(5)를 체결볼트(1)를 이용하여 구동축(3)에 고정시키고, 상기 체결볼트(1)의 끝단에 의해 눌려지는 압점스위치(2)를 구동축(3)에 설치하며, 상기 압점스위치(2)로 부터 체결볼트(1)가 이탈시 이를 운전자에게 경고하는 경고램프(4)를 구비하였다.
이와같이 구성된 상태에서 본 고안의 동작을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
자동차의 타이어(5)는 4개의 체결볼트(1)에 의해 구동축(3)에 고정되며, 도면에 나타난 바와같이 완전히 체결된 체결볼트(1)의 끝단은 본 고안의 압점스위치(2)를 눌러주게 된다.
그러나 장시간 주행시 외부 유동으로 인하여 체결볼트(1)가 조금씩 느슨해 지게 되는데, 볼트가 풀리거나 완전하게 장착되지 않았을 경우에는 압점스위치(2)로 부터 볼트(1)가 떨어지게 되고 이때 경고램프(4)가 점등되어 운전자에게 경고신호를 보내게 된다.
이로 인하여 운전자는 타이어의 이탈을 미연에 감지하여 다시 타이어 정비를 수행하게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와같은 본 고안은 타이어를 고정시키는 체결볼트의 이탈을 미연에 감지하여 운전자에게 알려줌으로서 주행중 타이어 이탈로 발생되는 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 고안이다.
본 고안은 자동차에 관한 것으로서, 특히 주행중 타이어가 이탈되는 것을 미연에 운전자에게 경고하여 사고발생을 방지하도록 하기위한 타이어 이탈 경고장치에 관한 것이다.

  1. 체결볼트의 끝단에 의해 눌려지는 압점스위치를 구동축에 설치하고,
    상기 압점스위치로 부터 체결볼트가 이탈시 이를 운전자에게 경고하는 경고램프를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 이탈 경고장치.
