Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 전조등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 조사되는 빛의 각도를 조정하기 위하여 반사경의 각도를 상하좌우 조정하게 될 때 반사경과 하우징을 연결하여 각도 조정의 중심축이 되는 결합부의 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
즉 반사경(4)의 배면에 원구형 삽지구(8)가 형성된 지지편(6)을 일체로 사출성형되게 하고, 하우징(10)의 내면 일측에는 협지부(12)가 형성된 홀더(14)를 일체로 사출 성형되게 하여, 상기 홀더(14)내에 원구형 삽지구(8)가 끼워져 결합되게 하여서 된 것이다.

자동차용 전조등의 반사경과 하우징의 연결장치.

본 고안은 자동차용 전조등의 개량에 관한 것으로서, 특히 조사되는 빛의 각도를 조정하기 위하여 반사경의 각도를 상하좌우 조정하게 될 때 반사경과 하우징을 연결하여 조정의 중심축이 되는 결합부의 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차용 전조등은 전조등으로 부터 조사되는 빛의 각도를 조정하기 위하여는 하우징 배면에 구성된 조정볼트를 이용하여 반사경의 상하좌우 각도를 조절하게 되며, 이때 반사경은 하우징과 반사경을 연결하는 지지축을 중심으로 하여 조정된다.
즉 제2도에서와 같이 하우징(100)의 내면 일측에 돌출봉(102)을 구성하고, 상기 돌출봉(102)상에 원구형 머리부(104)가 형성된 지지축(106)을 결합고정한다.
반사경(108) 배면에 돌출봉(110)을 구성하되 상기 돌출봉(110)상에는 홀더(112)를 피스(114)로 체결고정한 다음, 홀더(112)상에 지지축(106)의 원구형 머리부(104)가 삽입되게 하므로서 반사경(108)의 각도 조정시 조정작동의 중심축이 되도록 한 것이다.
그러나 상기 이러한 경우에는 하우징(100)과 반사경(108)상에 결합 구성되는 지지축(106)이나 홀더(112)를 체결고정하기 위한 조립작업에 시간과 인력이 낭비될 뿐아니라 그에 따른 별도의 제작공정 등이 소요되므로 생산 능률이 떨어지게 되는 등의 단점이 있는 것이었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 제반 단점을 시정하고자 보다 간단한 구성으로 반사경과 하우징을 연결구성되게 한 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 반사경의 배면에 지지편을 일체로 돌출구성하되, 상기 지지편 상에 원구형 삽지구를 구성하고, 하우징의 내면에는 홀더를 구성하여 홀더내에 삽지구가 회전이 자유롭게 끼워져 결합고정되게 한 것이다.
이하 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안 장치의 분해 사시도로서, 통상의 반사경(4) 배면 일측에 지지편(6)을 돌출구성하되, 지지편(6)상에는 원구형 삽지구(8)를 일체로 사출 성형되게 한다.
또한 하우징(10)의 내면 일측에는 협지부(12)가 구성된 홀더(14)를 하우징(10)의 성형시 일체로 구성되게 하되, 상기 하우징(10)의 협지부(12)상에 반사경(4)의 원구형 삽지구(8)가 끼워져 결합되게 하여서 된 것이다.
미 설명 부호(20)은 반사경 각도 조정볼트이고, (22)는 체결너트이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 하우징(10)에 구성된 반사경 각도 조절본트(20)를 회전시키면 반사경(4)의 상하좌우 각도가 조정된다는 것은 종래와 같다.
그러나 본 고안은 반사경(4)의 각도 조정시 중심축이 되는 결합부위가 종래와 같이 여러개의 부품을 조립하여 구성하지 않고, 반사경(4) 성형시 일체로 사출 성형되게 하므로서 제작이 신속용이할 뿐아니라 별도의 부품 조립 공정이 생략되므로 많은 시간과 인력을 절감할 수 있게 된다.
또한 하우징(10)과 반사경(4)의 배면에 돌출 구성된 원구형 삽지구(8)를 하우징(10)의 내면 일측에 구성된 홀더(14)의 협지부(12)내에 끼우는 간단한 작동으로 조립이 완성되므로 반사경(4)과 하우징(10)의 결합에도 별다른 문제가 야기되지 않는다.
따라서 본 고안은 자동차용 전조등을 구성함에 있어서 전조등으로부터 조사되는 빛의 각도를 조정하기 위하여 반사경(4)과 하우징(10)을 연결하면서 조정의 중심축이 되는 연결부를 홀더(14)나 홀더(14)에 끼워지는 삽지구(8)를 하우징(10)과 반사경(4)에 일체로 사출성형되게 하므로서 조립에 많은 시간과 인력을 절감할 수 있을 뿐아니라 구성이 간단하여 생산성 향상 및 원가 절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 하우징에 구성된 반사경 각도 조정볼트를 이용하여 반사경의 상하좌우 각도가 조정되는 통상의 자동차용 전조등을 구성함에 있어서, 반사경(4)의 배면에 원구형 삽지구(8)가 형성된 지지편(6)을 사출성형되게 하고, 하우징(10)의 내면 일측에는 협지부(12)가 형성된 홀더(14)를 일체로 성형되게 하여, 상기 홀더(14)내에 원구형 삽지구(8)가 끼워져 결합되게 하여서된 자동차용 전조등의 반사경과 하우징의 연결장치.
