Claims (5)
- 지르코늄화합물, 불소이온, 수용성 수지 및 알루미늄염을 함유하고, 상기 지르코늄 화합물의 농도가 지르코늄이온환산으로 100 내지 100000 ppm, 상기 불소이온농도가 125 내지 125000 ppm, 상기 수용성 수지의 불휘발분 농도가 100 ppm 내지 100000 ppm, 상기 알루미늄염의 농도가 알루미늄이온환산으로 10 ppm 내지 10000 ppm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용 비크롬 녹방지 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지르코늄 화합물이 플루오로지르코늄산, 플루오로지르코늄암모늄인 플루오로지르코늄 화합물로부터 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용 비크롬 녹방지 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수용성 수지가 처리피막의 형성시에 지르코늄 화합물 및/또는 알루미늄과 결합가능한 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용 비크롬 녹방지 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비크롬 녹방지 처리제를 사용하여 지르코늄환산으로 피막량이 10 내지 1000 ㎎/㎡ 의 양으로 되도록 알루미늄재를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄용 비크롬 녹방지 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비크롬 녹방지 처리제에 의해 녹방지 처리된 알루미늄 제품.
