Claims (20)
- 미립자 또는 타일형 담체 위에 반응성 탐식자를 로딩하는 단계와, 베이스 물질 위에 로딩된 담체를 배열하여 로딩하는 단계를 포함하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,담체 입자는 결합능력을 가진 표면을 가지는 물질로 이루어지고, 다공성 유리, 실리카겔 또는 이온교환수지로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,그 위에 탐식자-로딩 다공성 담체가 배열되어 고정화되는 베이스 물질은 무기 베이스 물질 또는 유기 베이스 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,담체 위에 로딩되는 반응성 탐식자는 DNA, RNA 및 PNA(peptide nucleic acid)와 그 단편, 어떤 원하는 염기서열의 올리고뉴클레오티드, 항원, 항체, 에피토프, 효소, 단백질 및 폴리펩티드 사슬로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,담체는 다공성 입자이고,반응성 탐식자는 다공성 입자 기공 내면에 로딩되고,탐식자-로딩 입자는 다공성 담체 입자 기공 내면의 반응성을 유지하면서 베이스 물질 위에 제공된 다수의 미세구획 중 적어도 하나 속에 배열되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,다공성 담체 입자의 기공크기는 10nm 내지 1㎛이고,입자크기는 1㎛ 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서,담체는 정사각형 또는 육각형 또는 원형 플레이트이고, 각 면이 50㎛ 내지 5mm의 크기 또는 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩.
- 미립자 또는 타일형 담체 위에 반응성 탐식자를 고정화시키는 단계와,베이스 물질 위의 독립된 구획 속에 로딩된 담체를 각각 배열하여 고정화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,반응성 탐식자는 효소, 항원, DNA 단편, 항체, 에피토프, 단백질 및 펩티드로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 단백질은 담체 위에서 합성되고, 각 담체는 베이스물질 위의 독립된 구획 속에 배열되어 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.

- 제8항에 있어서,반응성 탐식자로 로딩된 다공성 담체 입자는 담체 입자 기공의 내면의 반응성을 유지하면서 베이스 물질 위에 제공된 다수의 미세구획 중 적어도 하나 속에 하나 이상의 동일 또는 다른 입자를 사용하여 배열되고 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,다공성 담체 입자의 기공크기는 10nm 내지 1㎛이고, 입자크기는 1㎛ 내지 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,타일형 담체는 정사각형, 육각형 또는 원형 형상을 가지고, 각 면 또는 직영이 50㎛ 내지 5mm의 크기를 가지고, 베이스 물질 위에 부착되어 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 탐식자 칩의 제조방법.
- 고상법을 사용하여 다공성 담체 입자 위에 올리고뉴클레오티드 또는 단백질을 합성하는 단계를 포함하는, 탐식자로 로딩된 다공성 담체 입자를 제조하는 방법.
- 그 표면의 적어도 일부에, 비다공성 영역 위에 배열되어 비다공성 영역에 의해 구획된 다수의 다공성영역, 또는 다공성 영역 위에 배열되어 다공성 영역에 의해 구획된 다수의 비다공성영역을 포함하는 합성기판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 합성기판은,다공성 영역과 비다공성 영역을 모두 포함하고 연마와 같은 공정에 의해 평탄화된 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성기판.
- 제16항에 있어서,독립적으로 형성된 다공성 고체가 비다공성 기판의 미리 정해진 영역 위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성기판의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,다공성 고체 전구체 물질이 비다공성 기판의 미리 정해진 영역 위에 위치하고, 상기 다공성 고체 전구체 내의 기공이 베이스 물질 위에서 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성기판의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,다수의 다공성 영역이 전체 표면이 다공성 고체 전구체인 기판 위의 다수의 미리 정해진 영역 내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성기판의 제조방법.
