Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 1의 (2S,3R)-4-시아노부탄-1,2,3-트리올 유도체:[화학식 1]상기식에서R 및 R' 는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 하이드록시 보호기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시 보호기가 이소프로필리덴, 사이클로헥실리덴, 벤질리덴 또는 벤질인 화합물.
- 하기 화학식 3의 에폭시 화합물에 시아노기를 도입시킴을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 정의된 화학식 1의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.[화학식 3]상기식에서R 및 R' 는 각각 제1항에 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시아노기 도입제로 알칼리금속시아나이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알칼리금속시아나이드가 소듐시아나이드 또는 포타슘시아나이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 정의된 화학식 1의 화합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하여 하기 화학식 2의 2-데옥시-L-리보오스를 제조하는 방법.[화학식 2]
