Claims (15)
- 반응기의 길이가 그의 직경보다 더 크고, 출발 물질 및 반응 혼합물이 그를 통하여 공급되는 반응기의 상부 영역에 배치된 하향 제트 노즐을 가지고, 반응 혼합물이 그를 통해 운송 수단에 의해 외부 회로 중의 제트 노즐에 다시 공급되는 반응기의 임의의 원하는 지점에 배출구를 가지며, 반응기의 하부 영역에 역류를 가지는 수직 반응기에서 니트로 화합물의 수소화를 행하는 것을 포함하는, 니트로 화합물의 수소화에 의한 아민의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출구가 반응기의 하부 말단에 위치하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 벽에 대해 수직으로 배열된 배플판이 반응기의 하부에 위치하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동심형 스피것이 반응기 벽에 대해 평행하게 반응기 내에 설치되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일체된 열 교환기가 반응기 내에 설치되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 열 교환기가 냉각 튜브, 판 열 교환기 및(또는)가열 튜브인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내에서 순환하는 반응 혼합물과 펌핑된 반응 혼합물의 비가 2:1 내지 30:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내에서 순환하는 반응 혼합물과 펌핑된 반응 혼합물의 비가 5:1 내지 10:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 니트로 화합물이 방향족 니트로 화합물인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사용된 니트로 화합물이 니트로벤젠 및(또는) 디니트로톨루엔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 촉매 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 방향족 니트로 화합물의 수소화에 사용된 촉매가 탄소상에 지지된 백금/철 촉매인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 백금이 지지체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 철이 지지체의 중량을 기준으로 산화철(III)로 계산하여 0.1내지 10 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 니트로 화합물의 수소화가 80 내지 200 ℃의 범위에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 니트로 화합물의 수소화가 10 내지 50 바에서 수행되는 방법.
