Claims (17)
- 냉간 가공강에 있어서,0.82 - 0.97 C,미량으로부터 최대 1.10 Si,미량으로부터 최대 0.62 Mn,7.6 이상 8.0 이하 Cr,2.30 - 2.70 Mo,0.35 - 0.55 V 중량%의 화학 조성물과,그 나머지 철과 강의 제조로부터 잔류 원소의 형태의 정상 량의 불순물을포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.70 이상의 Si과 0.38 이상의 Mn을 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 0.25 W을 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 0.40 Ni를 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 0.15 N, 적합하게는 최대 0.03 N를 포함하는 냉간가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 0.30 Cu를 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.85 - 0.95 C를 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.46 - 0.54 Mn을 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2.40 - 2.60 Mo을 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.4 - 0.5 V를 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0 - 0.1 Al, 적합하게 최대 0.045 Al, 아주 적합하게 0.010 - 0.045 Al을 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.92 C, 0.95 Si, 0.5 Mn, 7.8 Cr, 2.5 Mo, 0.45 V를 포함하는 냉간 가공강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1000-1080℃에서의 오스테나이트화 , 실온까지 냉각과 180-650℃에서 한번 또는 몇번 템퍼링후, 3-6 vol-%, 적합하게는 3-5 vol-%의 카바이드를 포함하며, 이들 카바이드 체적은 0.25-0.45 vol-% MC 카바이드와 그 나머지 주로 M7C3카바이드로 이루어져 있는 냉간 가공강.
- 냉각 가공 툴의 제조용 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 냉간 가공강의 용도.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 시트 금속을 블랭킹, 펀칭 또는 포밍하기 위한 용도.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 구조적 원소, 적합하게 강 시트를 가공하기 위한 용도.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 자동차 산업, 대형 가정용구 산업 및 전자 산업내에 구조적 부품용으로 시트 금속을 가공하기 위한 용도.
