Claims (9)
- 혈장 단백질 용액을 13 내지 22중량의 암모늄 염 농도하에 실온에서 항온처리하고, 침전물을 분리하고 암모늄 염을 제거하여 잔여물 함량이 0.5ml/L 미만으로 되도록 한 후에 약 60℃에서 수 시간 동안 저온 살균한 다음, 가공하여 치료상 적용 가능한 혈장 단백질 제제를 수득함을 포함하여, 암모늄 염을 알칼리성 pH에서 첨가하여 혈장 단백질 용액으로부터의 코팅되고/되거나 코팅되지 않은 바이러스를 불활성화하고/하거나 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 13 내지 22중량의 암모늄 염 농도에서 항온처리한 후, 암모늄 염 농도가 24 내지 27중량로 증가하고, 혼합물이 다시 항온처리되며, 이러한 방법으로 생성된 바이러스 부재 침전물이, 암모늄 염을 제거함으로써 잔여물 함량이 0.5ml/L로 되도록 한 후에 약 60℃에서 수 시간 동안 저온 살균된 다음, 가공되어 치료상 적용 가능한 혈장 단백질 제제가 수득되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 혈장 단백질 용액이 친화성 크로마토그래피에 의해 예비 정제된 혈장 단백질 용액인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH 8 내지 11에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 항온처리와 제2 항온처리가 각각 2 내지 4시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 암모늄 염이 암모늄 설페이트인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저온 살균이 안정화제로서 수크로스 및 글리신의 존재하에 또는 수크로스 및 아세트산칼륨의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 천연 혈장 단백질 또는 생물공학적으로 생산한 혈장 단백질을 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 혈장 단백질 제제.
