Claims (5)
- 사용자 데이터가 기록저장되는 프로그램 영역과;디스크 외주측에 상기 프로그램 영역에 연속하여 디스크의 품질을 검사하기 위한 테스트 데이터가 기록저장되는 테스트 영역을 포함하여 구성되는 디스크 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테스트 영역은 테스트 데이터가 기록되는 제 1 영역과, 상기 제 1 영역의 좌우에 소정의 여유 트랙을 갖는 제 2,3 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 영역에 기록되는 테스트 데이터량은 가변 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테스트 영역은, 리드 아웃 영역 내에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 테스트 영역은, 프로그램 영역의 마지막 위치에서부터 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 구조.
