Description
Claims (5)
- 합성수지를 시트 형태로 압출하는 압출기;상기 압출된 시트의 가장자리를 잘라내어 소정크기의 폭을 가지도록 재단하는 에지 커터;압출된 시트의 이동 거리를 측정하여 소정의 제어신호를 출력하는 엔코더;상기 압출된 시트가 소정 거리만큼 이동하면, 상기 제어신호에 따라 연결단자가 놓여질 위치를 마킹(marking)하는 위치 마커;상기 연결단자가 놓여질 위치가 마킹된 시트와 띠 형상의 메쉬코일을 압착 성형하는 성형 로울러; 및상기 시트가 상기 소정 거리만큼 이동하면 상기 제어신호에 따라 상기 시트를 절단하는 커터를 포함하는 합성수지관 연결용 전기융착시트의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출기로부터 압출된 시트를 압착하여 시트의 두께를 조절하기 위한 쓰리롤 장치, 및 상기 쓰리롤 장치로부터 이송되는 시트 윗면의 냉각속도와 시트 밑면의 냉각속도를 균일하게 유지하기 위한 냉각컨베이어를 더욱 포함하는 합성수지관 연결용 전기융착시트의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에지 커터는 시트의 이동면에 위치하며, 소정의 폭으로 이격되어 있는 두 개의 칼날을 포함하며, 상기 두 개의 칼날의 폭은 가변되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지관 연결용 전기융착시트의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔코더는 이동하는 시트와 맞닿아 회전하는 로울러 및 상기 로울러의 회전각을 입력받아 시트가 이동한 거리가 소정 거리에 이르면 상기 제어신호 출력하는 제어기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지관 연결용 전기융착시트의 제조장치.
- 합성수지를 일정한 두께와 너비를 가지는 시트 형태로 압출하는 공정;상기 압출된 시트의 가장자리를 잘라내어 소정 크기의 폭을 가지도록 재단하는 공정;상기 소정의 폭을 가지도록 재단된 시트의 이동 거리를 측정하는 공정;상기 압출된 시트가 소정 거리만큼 이동하면 연결단자가 놓여지는 위치를 마킹하는 공정;상기 연결단자가 놓여지는 위치가 마킹된 시트와 띠 형상의 메쉬코일을 성형로울러로 압착 성형하는 공정; 및상기 시트가 상기 소정 거리만큼 이동한 후 상기 시트를 절단하는 공정을 포함하는 합성수지관 연결용 전기융착시트의 제조방법.
