Claims (7)
- 나선축방위가 막후방향에 똑같이 평행하지 않고, 또한 나선피치가 막후방향에 똑같이 등간격이 아닌 콜레스테릭 배향 또는 카이랄스멕틱 C 배향을 필름의 일부의 영역에 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 필름.
- 청구항1에 있어서,필름 표면영역 및/또는 필름 내부영역에 있어서의 배향상태가 나선축방위가 막후방향에 똑같이 평행하지 않고, 또한 나선피치가 막후방향에 똑같이 등간격이 아닌 콜레스테릭 배향 또는 카이랄스멕틱 C 배향을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 필름.
- 청구항1에 있어서,액정층에 회절패턴을 전사하는 것에 의해 액정성 필름을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항3에 있어서,액정층이 고분자 액정 필름층인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항4에 있어서,액정의 유리 전이점 이상, 등방상 전이온도 이하의 온도범위, 0.3 ~ 500kgf/㎠의 압력범위에서 액정성 고분자층에 회절패턴을 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정성 필름의 제조방법.
- 청구항1 기재의 액정성 필름을 굴절율 차가 없는 접착제를 개재하여 광학부재와 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자.
- 청구항1 기재의 액정성 필름에 있어서, 회절패턴을 전사하여 액정층 표면에 전기패턴에 기초하는 요철을 형성한 후, 굴절율차가 없는 접착제로 전기 요철면을 메운 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자.
