Claims (17)
- 내연기관, 하나 이상의 보조 엔진 및 변속기를 가지는 자동차의 하나 이상의 보조 유니트를 위한 구동 장치에 있어서,상기 변속기(16)는 유성기어 장치(32)이고, 상기 유성기어 장치는 각각의 입력 샤프트(18, 20)에 의해 상기 내연기관(12)과 하나 이상의 보조 엔진(13)에 결합하여 동작하며 출력 샤프트(24)에 의해 상기 보조 유니트(22)에 결합하여 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 엔진(13)은 제 2 의 내연기관인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 엔진은 전기 기계(14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 기계(14)는 상기 내연기관(12)의 스타터 제너레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 유니트(10)에 제어 장치(30)가 할당되고, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 출력 샤프트(24)의 속도(50)를 검출하여 상기 속도(50)에 따라서 상기 보조 엔진(13)을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치(30)는 상기 출력 샤프트(24)의 속도(50)를 측정하는 센서(26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유성기어 장치(32)의 선기어(34)는 상기 보조 엔진(14)의 입력 샤프트(20)에 고정 연결되고, 하나 이상의 유성 기어(38)를 위한 유성 기어 캐리어(36)는 상기 내연기관(12)의 입력 샤프트(18)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유니트(22)는 에어콘 압축기(70)인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 평기어 단 또는 전환스위칭가능한 변속기가 상기 에어콘 압축기(70) 앞에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유니트(22)는 제너레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상대적으로 작은 전기 기계(14)가 이용되며, 동력 필요 조건이 적당하면 상기 전기 기계에서 제어 범위가 넓어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유성기어 장치(32), 전기 기계(E1) 및 출력 샤프트(24)는 자동차 변속기(74)의 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트 구동 장치.
- 내연기관, 하나 이상의 보조 엔진 및 변속기를 가지는 자동차의 하나 이상의 보조 유니트를 위한 구동 장치를 작동하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 변속기(16)가 2개 이상의 입력 샤프트(18, 20)와 하나 이상의 출력 샤프트(24)를 가지는 유성기어 장치(32)이고, 상기 내연기관(12)과 하나 이상의 상기 보조 엔진(13)으로부터 상기 입력 샤프트(18, 20) 각각에 의해 토크가 상기 출력 샤프트(24)에 전달되고, 그 후, 상기 보조 유니트(22)에 전달되며,상기 출력 샤프트(24)의 속도(50)를 검출하여 상기 속도(50)에 따라서 하나 이상의 보조 엔진(13)의 토크를 제어하는 제어 장치(30)가 상기 구동 장치(10)에 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트용 구동 장치 작동 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치(30)에 상기 출력 샤프트(24)의 속도(50)에 대한 목표값이나 목표 범위가 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트용 구동 장치 작동 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 엔진(13)은 전기 기계(14)이고, 상기 전기 기계는 제너레이터나 전기 브레이크로서도 가동될 수 있으며, 상기 출력 샤프트(24)의 속도(50)를 위한 목표값이나 목표 범위에 있는 속도(50)가 상기 내연기관(12)에 의해 전달되는 토크로부터 발생하면, 상기 전기 기계(14)가 제너레이터로서 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트용 구동 장치 작동 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차의 시동 또는 가속도의 결과로 상기 내연기관(12)에 대한 출력이 필요하면, 상기 보조 엔진(13)의 토크가 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트용 구동 장치 작동 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유니트(22)는 에어콘 압축기(70)이고, 상기 보조 엔진(13)은 자동차 변속기(74)의 제 1 의 전기 기계(E1)이며, 상기 내연기관(12)의 주행 상황과 동작 모드에 따라서,주행하는 자동차이면서 회전 중인 내연기관(12)에서 상기 에어콘 압축기(70)의 구동이 기계적으로 이루어지고,주행하는 자동차이면서 스위칭 오프된 내연기관(12)에서(예를 들어 제동 및 관성 에너지 이용시에) 상기 에어콘 압축기(70)의 구동이 순수하게 기계적으로 이루어지고,자동차가 정지해 있으면서 내연기관(12)이 스위칭 오프되어 있는 경우 상기 에어콘 압축기(70)의 구동은 제 1 의 전기 기계(E1)에 의해 이루어지고, 미리 상기 기어 시프트 액추에이터(72)를 통해 공회전이 스위칭되며,자동차가 정지해 있으면서 내연기관(12)이 회전하는 경우 상기 에어콘 압축기(70)의 구동은 기계적으로 그리고 전기적으로 이루어지며, 이 경우에도 미리 상기 기어 시프트 액추에이터(72)를 통해 공회전이 스위칭되는 작동 모드로서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조 유니트용 구동 장치 작동 방법.
