Claims (18)
- 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것과 경질 땜납으로 구성되는 이종 부재의 접합용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질땜납의 베이스 금속이 Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Al 또는 Ni 인 경질땜납이며, 또한 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것이 표면 처리가 실시되지 않은 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자, 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자와, 표면 처리되어 있는 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로서, 표면 처리가 실시되지 않은 미립자상의 물질과, 표면 처리되어 있는 미립자상의 물질이 80 : 20 내지 5 : 95의 혼합비로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 끼워 맞춤 구조를 구성하는 오목부를 갖는 부재와, 끼워 맞춤 구조를 구성하는 볼록부를 갖는 부재로서 오목부를 갖는 부재와는 상이한 종류의 부재를 끼워 맞추어 접합함에 있어서,오목부를 갖는 부재의 오목부 표면에, 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것을 균일하게 도포한 뒤에, 상기 미립자상의 물질로 구성되는 층의 적어도 일부를 피복 하도록 판상 혹은 분말상 등의 경질땜납을 배치하고, 또한 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하거나,오목부를 가지는 부재의 오목부 표면에 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것을 균일하게 도포하고, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로 구성되는 층에 밀착하도록 하나 또는 복수의 천공된 구멍에 경질땜납이 삽입된 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하거나,혹은, 미리 선단부에 경질땜납과 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로 구성되는 층을 형성한 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 준비해 두고, 오목부를 갖는 부재의 오목부 표면에 경질땜납을 배치한 뒤에 상기 층을 갖는 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하는 공정과,이렇게 하여 준비한 것을 가압 상태에서 소정의 온도로 가열하고 상기 경질땜납을 용융하며, 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것에 함침시켜 상기 경질땜납과 접합층을 형성하여 이종 부재끼리 끼워 맞춤 구조를 통해 접합하는 공정으로 이루어지는 이종 부재끼리로 구성된 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하는 공정이 오목부를 갖는 부재의 오목부 표면에 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것을 균일하게 도포한 뒤에, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로 구성되는 층의 적어도 일부를 피복 하도록 판상 혹은 분말상 등의 경질땜납을 배치하고, 또한 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하는 공정이 오목부를 갖는 부재의 오목부 표면에 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것을 균일하게 도포하고, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로 구성되는 층에 밀착하도록 하나 또는 복수의 천공된 구멍에 경질땜납이 삽입된 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하는 공정이 미리 선단부에 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 미립자 상의 물질을 2종 이상 혼합한 것으로 구성되는 층을 형성한 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 준비해 두고, 오목부를 갖는 부재의 오목부 표면에 경질땜납을 배치한 뒤에 상기 층을 갖는 볼록부를 갖는 부재를 배치하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이종 부재의 적어도 한쪽이 세라믹제 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이종 부재의 한쪽이 세라믹제 부재이고 다른 쪽이 금속제 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 열 응력을 저하시키는 미립자상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 경질땜납의 베이스 금속이 Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Al 또는 Ni 인 경질땜납이며, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 2종 이상의 미립자상의 물질을 혼합물이 표면 처리가 실시되지 않은 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자와 표면 처리가 실시되어 있는 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리가 실시되어 있는 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자가 도금 또는 스퍼터링에 의해 금속으로 피복된 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 끼워 맞춤 구조를 구성하는 오목부를 갖는 부재와, 끼워 맞춤 구조를 구성하는 볼록부를 갖는 부재로서 오목부를 갖는 부재에 대하여 이종의 부재로 이루어지고, 상기 이종 부재는 서로 끼워 맞추어지며, 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 2종 이상의 미립자상의 물질을 혼합한 것과 경질땜납으로 구성되는 접합층에 의해 접합되어 있는 복합 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 2종류 이상의 이종 부재의 적어도 하나가 세라믹제 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 2종류 이상의 이종 부재가 금속제 부재와 세라믹제 부재의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 열 응력을 저하시키는 미립자상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경질땜납의 베이스 금속이 Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Al 또는 Ni 인 경질땜납이며, 상기 경질땜납과의 젖음성에 있어서 다른 2종 이상의 미립자상의 물질을 혼합한 것이 표면 처리가 실시되지 않은 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자와, 표면 처리되어 있는 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리되어 있는 세라믹 미립자, 서밋 미립자 또는 저팽창 금속 미립자가 도금 또는 스퍼터링에 의해 금속으로 피복된 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부재.
