Claims (7)
- 헤드가 구비된 슬라이더가 일단에 설치된 로드 빔과, 상기 로드 빔의 타단에 연결되어 보이스 코일 모터와 상기 로드 빔을 연결하는 서스펜션 암을 포함하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 서스펜션 기구에 있어서,상기 로드 빔 및 서스펜션 암의 소정위치에 굽힘응력을 발생시킬 수 있도록 설치되는 형상기억합금과, 상기 형상기억합금에 전류를 공급하는 전원공급부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 와이어, 스프링, 그리고 필름 중에 한 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 상기 로드 빔에 형성된 굽임 영역에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 상기 서스펜션 암의 일부분과 상기 로드 빔의 굽힘 영역의 일부분에 걸쳐 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 상기 로드 빔의 굽힘 영역과 리브가 형성된 부분에 걸쳐 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 상기 슬라이더가 장착된 면에 설치되거나 그 반대 면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형상기억합금은 하드디스크 드라이브 작동시 상기 슬라이더가 디스크 면쪽으로 이동되거나 상기 슬라이더가 디스크 면쪽으로부터 일정거리 이동되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 형상기억합금을 이용한 하드디스크 드라이브의 비접촉 시동 및 정지용 서스펜션 기구.
