Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fabric having excellent resilience and drape with excellent elasticity.
As a manufacturing method of stretch fabrics and knitted fabrics as known in Korean Patent Publication No. 82-1914 or 96-10623, firstly, the elastic yarn having excellent elasticity as a polyurethane-based fiber is used as the screening. Weaving using a long filament yarn or a short filament coated cover yarn, or secondly, twisting the thermoplastic filament yarn or changing the twisting structure of the yarn. It is known to manufacture a stretch fabric using the elastic yarn to make a stretch fabric.
In the former case, the dyeing fastness of the elastic yarn was poor, contaminated during washing, and there was a problem in that the product price was high along with low weather resistance. In the latter case, the elastic recovery rate was low and the elasticity was insufficient.
The present invention has a technical problem to provide a method for producing a stretch fabric that can produce a fabric having excellent elasticity, resilience and drape at a low production cost.

A, B: Incompatible polyester component
According to the present invention, elasticity is achieved by using a non-compatible polyester side by side type composite yarn having two shrinkage ratios so as to spontaneously generate a crimp latent in the composite yarn by directly or comforting and heat treatment. Characterized in that the fabric manufacturing method.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
A polyester composite yarn in which two incompatible polyester components are compounded in a side by side shape is given a twist of 600 to 1500 times / m, and then weaved using the yarn as warp or weft yarn to obtain a fabric.
The fabric is heat-treated at 95-120 ° C. in a refining and shrinking process, dyed for 120 minutes in a 100-120 ° C. salt bath, and then dyed at 130 ° C. again.
In the present invention, when the number of twists is less than 600 times / m, workability is bad, and when the number of twists exceeds 1500 times / m, elasticity and resilience are lowered.
In the present invention, when refining and shrinking, when the treatment temperature is less than 95 ° C, the elasticity and drape are worse, and when it exceeds 120 ° C, the elasticity is reduced.
According to the present invention, the side by side polyester composite yarn constituting the fabric spontaneously generates crimps during heat treatment during the post-processing process. As a result, the fabric exhibits elasticity and improved resilience and drape.
실시예Example
Two-component incompatible side-by-side polyester composite yarn 120 denier 48 filaments are twisted at 600 times / m, but the ratio of incline (S) and lead (Z) is 2 Large 2 furnaces (53 inches wide, 6890 copies in total) were placed, the weft was applied by chance (S).
