Claims (2)
- 입력 전압(Ui)을 출력 전압(Uo)으로 변환시키는 전압 컨버터로서, 클럭 입력단을 갖는 다수의 캐스케이드형 전압 배율기(VM1-VMN)와, 클럭 신호를 클럭 입력단에 공급하여 전압 배율기(VM1-VMN)를 제어하기 위한 제어 회로(CNTRLG)를 포함하는 전압 컨버터에 있어서,상기 제어 회로(CNTRLG)는 다수의 전압 배율기(VM1-VMN)들 중에서 선택된 배율기들을 활성화시키기 위한 수단(SL)을 포함하는전압 컨버터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전압 배율기들(VM1-VMN) 중 적어도 하나의 배율기는 차지 펌프(CHGPMP1-CHGPMPN)에 의해 형성되는 전압 컨버터.
