Claims (7)
- 저압 공급 펌프(9)에 의해 연료 탱크(8)로부터 저압 순환부(11, 15)를 통해 공급된 연료가 요구 분사압으로 가압되는 펌프 실린더(1)를 구비하며, 기계식 또는 유압식으로 작동되는 고압 분사 펌프 그리고 분사 개시 및 분사량 제어를 위한 제어 플런저(18)와 연결되어 전자석(35)에 의해 작동 가능한 앵커판(36)을 구비한 솔레노이드 밸브를 갖는, 중유와 같이 디젤 연료보다 높은 점도 및 작동 온도를 갖는 연료를 위한 특히, 펌프-노즐-유닛(PDE) 또는 펌프-라인-노즐(PLD) 시스템의 전자 분사 시스템에 있어서,솔레노이드 밸브의 제어 플런저(18)가 고압 분사 펌프의 펌프 실린더(1) 내로 일체로 되어 직접 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 앵커판(36) 및 솔레노이드 밸브의 전자석(35)이 보호 슬리브(31)를 통해 연료로부터 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 앵커판(36) 및 전자석(35) 주위의 보호 챔버(41)는 작동 중에 구멍(39, 40)을 통해 공기 또는 냉매가 유동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌프 실린더 내에서 제어 플런저(18)에 대해 동심으로 구성된 저압 챔버(12)와 고압 분사 펌프의 펌프 챔버(2)가 연결되는 개방된 밸브 위치와 폐쇄된 밸브 위치 사이에서, 정지판(17)에 의해 밀폐되고, 펌프 실린더(1) 내로 수축 끼워 맞춤된 내구성 재료로 구성된 안내 슬리브(16) 내에서 제어 플런저(18)가 밸브 스프링(29)의 예비 인장력에 대해 왕복 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 플런저(18)는 내부가 중공으로 구성되고, 제어 플런저(18)의 내부 챔버(19)는 펌프 실린더(1) 내의 밸브 스프링(29) 영역 내에서 제어 플런저(18)에 대해 동심으로 구성된 무압 환형 챔버(23)와 연결되어 구멍(45)을 통해 연료 탱크(8)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀폐 요소(32)가 보호 슬리브(31) 내에 일체되고, 보호 슬리브(31)에는 제어 플런저(18)까지 연장되는 벨로즈(30)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자석(35)이 특수 재료로된 중간판(33)을 통해 펌프 실린더(1) 및 연료로부터 열적으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사 시스템.
