Claims (9)
- 전방 단부에 관통 구멍을 구비한 캡과, 상기 전방 단부에 대향한 후방 단부에 폐쇄부를 구비한 일반적으로 긴 하우징을 포함하는 혈액 샘플을 추출하기 위한 란싱 디바이스에 있어서,상기 하우징에 활주식으로 장착된 란셋 홀더와,상기 하우징상에 지지된 제 1 단부와, 상기 홀더상에 지지된 제 2 단부를 구비하면서, 상기 홀더를 전방으로 가압하기 위한 제 1 스프링과,상기 홀더와 역방향으로 결합될 수 있으면서 홀더를 후방으로 밀어 장전 위치가 되게 하며, 란셋을 상기 디바이스로부터 전방으로 밀게되는 푸싱 수단과, 상기 벽 외측의 돌출부를 포함하고 상기 하우징의 벽내에 활주식으로 장착된 슬라이더와,상기 홀더상에 지지된 제 1 단부와 상기 슬라이더상에 지지된 제 2 단부를 구비하면서 홀더를 후방으로 가압하는 제 2 스프링과,상기 디바이스가 장전상태일 때 홀더가 수축되어 있는 제 1 위치와, 구속이 제거되어 제 1 스프링이 홀더를 전방으로 추진하는 제 2 위치 사이에서 이동할수 있는 버튼과,상기 슬라이더가 전방으로 이동되어 상기 디바이스로부터 란셋을 배출시킬 때 홀더를 고정하기 위해 하우징내에 장착된 분리형 커넥터를 포함하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 란셋 홀더내에 장착된 란셋을 추가로 포함하고,상기 란셋은 캡내의 구멍을 통과하여 천공 작업을 실행하는 뾰족한 단부를 구비하는 니들을 포함하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 캔틸레버 아암을 포함하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 피봇 아암을 포함하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 스프링이 부착된 아암을 포함하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 전방 단부 근방에 거친면을 포함하고,상기 거친면은 상기 홀더상의 거친면과 마찰 결합되는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 전방 단부 근방에 하나 이상의 이빨을 구비하고,상기 이빨은 홀더내의 하나 이상의 오목부와 결합하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 분리형 커넥터는 복수개의 비대칭 이빨을 포함하고,상기 복수개의 비대칭 이빨은 상기 홀더상의 복수개의 비대칭 이빨과 결합하는 란싱 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더는 역방향으로 변형가능한 표면을 포함하고,상기 표면은 분리형 커넥터에 의해 변형되어 상기 홀더를 역방향으로 고정시키는 란싱 디바이스.
