Abstract

본 발명은 기존 황토 벽돌의 단열성, 견고성, 경량화 증가를 그 목적으로 한다.
이를 위하여 적당량의 황토와 톱밥을 혼합하여 그 반죽의 매체를 물 아닌 쌀이나 밀가루풀로 반죽하여 일정한 틀로 찍어내어 건조하면 된다.

Description

흙벽돌
본 발명은 황토에 적당량의 톱밥을 섞고 그 반죽의 매체를 물 아닌 쌀이나 밀가루 풀로 반죽하여 일정한 틀에 넣고 찍어내어 건조하면 된다.
본 발명은 내외장의 내력벽이 아닌 내장재나 단열보온재로써 기존 흙벽돌의 갈라짐을 방지하고, 무게의 경량화로 이동과 톱질이 쉬우므로 작업의 편리를 추구하며, 사용후 폐기시 공해 물질을 남기지 않음을 목적으로 한다.
기존의 흙벽돌은 환경친화적이기는하나 무거워서 이동과 작업의 편리성과 보온단열재로서의 기능도 떨어졌고 강도도약했고 톱질이 불가능하여 건축자재로써의 실용성에 제한이 있었다.
본 발명은 흙벽돌의 보온성을 향상하고, 경량화로 물류를 용이케하고 기존 흙벽돌의 강도를 강화하며, 톱질이 쉬워 건축자재로서의 작업을 용이케함이다.
상기의 목적을 이루기 위하여 기존 황토벽돌 제조시의 반죽 매체인 물을 쌀이나 밀가루풀로 대체하고, 경량화와 보온 단열성을 높이기 위하여 황토에 톱밥이나, 왕겨를 첨가 혼합하는 것이다.
전술한 기술내용으로하여 황토에 톱밥이나 왕겨를 혼합하면 무게를 줄이고, 단열보온 효과를 높이며 이를 쌀이나 밀가루풀로 반죽 건조하면 강도 높은 흙벽돌이 된다.
또한, 사용후 폐기시 전혀 공해 물질을 남기지 않는다.

  1. 황토와 왕겨, 톱밥을 혼합. 쌀이나 밀가루풀로 반죽하여 일정한 틀에 찍어 건조한 흙벽돌.
