PURPOSE: A producing method of processed food using tangleweed is provided, which removes toxic substances and salt effectively and aids the digestion and absorption of nutrition within the tangleweed. CONSTITUTION: The making method of processed tangleweed food comprises the following steps: (i) soaking the tangleweed in 8°C of tap water for 10hrs to steep impurities and salt, and washing the tangleweed for 3-4times with changing the water; (ii) drying the cleared tangleweed in the shade for 2days and in the sun for 2days again; (iii) cutting the dried tangleweed into small pieces and pulverizing the cut tangleweed; (iv) kneading the powdered tangleweed with honey in a ratio of 2:1 by hands or a kneading machine; and then (v) making a pill shaped product and drying the tangleweed pill in the shade and the sun for 3-4days to dehydrate the honey.
