Description
본 발명은 칼슘, 칼륨, 요오드, 알긴산 성분등이 다량함유되어 있는 100% 다시마 원초를 분쇄하여 물과 혼합하여 다시마 환으로 만든 것이다. 다시마는 칼슘, 칼륨, 요오드 등이 다량 함유되어 있어 신진대사를 활발하게 하고 골격을 튼튼하게 하며, 허약체질을 건강체질로 개선해주는 기초식품으로서 많이 애용되어 왔다. 또한 다시마를 많이 섭취하면 변비, 당뇨, 동맥경화, 골다공증, 고혈압등 각종 성인병을 억제할 수 있다. 그러나 지금까지는 다시마를 채취한 상태 그대로 국을 끓이거나 기타 찌개등의 첨가물로 섭취하거나 튀겨서 먹는등 조리를 하지 않고는 먹을 수 없었기 때문에 최근에는 다시마를 말려서 잘게 부수어 음식물에 첨가방법, 그리고 다시마를 환으로 만드는 방법 등 다시마를 많이 먹기위한 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 다시마환은 건조하는 과정에서 경도가 너무 커져서 일반적으로 섭취하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 발명은 상기한 지금까지의 문제점을 해결하고자 다시마가루를 환으로 만들었으며 기존의 환제품에 비하여 일정한 환모양을 만들수 있으며 적절한 경도를 가져 먹기에 좋아 많은 사람들이 먹을 수 있도록 함으로서 국민건강향상에 그 목적을 두었다.The present invention is made by grinding 100% kelp raw material containing a large amount of calcium, potassium, iodine, alginic acid and the like and mixed with water to make a kelp ring.
